Great way to see Costa Rica
Great way to see Costa Rica, well planned and hassle free
We really enjoyed this trip. The itinerary gave us a good mix of Costa Rica’s highlights without feeling too rushed. Starting in San José, we made our way to La Fortuna, which was a real standout. The volcano views, hot springs and waterfalls were all impressive, and the area felt easy to explore with the hire car.
Tamarindo was a nice contrast to the jungle, with good beaches, a relaxed atmosphere and plenty of places to eat and wander. We also appreciated the suggested stops along the way, like Playa Conchal and Lake Arenal, which helped break up the journey and added some unexpected highlights.
The trip felt well structured and the accommodation choices were solid throughout. A very straightforward way to see a lot of what Costa Rica has to offer without having to overthink the planning. Would happily book with Journaway again.

Well-organised, memorable trip through South Africa
Really impressed with how smooth everything was from start to finish. The itinerary covered a lot—Kruger, the Garden Route, and Cape Town—without feeling rushed. Accommodation was comfortable and well located, especially the safari lodge and glamping sites.
Having the car and internal flights sorted made the logistics easy. Journaway’s support team was responsive when we had questions, and the whole trip felt well thought through. A great way to experience South Africa without the usual planning stress. Would definitely use them again.

As first time travelers in Asia
As first time travelers in Asia, Journaway made it so easy to book a trip and not worry about flight tickets or places to stay. They also included some amazing tours to our trip and offered upgrading options not only for the hotel but also for the tours that we could join. Since booking the trip they were very responsive and always available to answer our questions via email or WhatsApp. It was amazing how they always found a quick solution when we were not satisfied with something. Their support continues even after starting the trip, which makes being a new continent way more easier. Would totally book again via Journaway!

After we raised an issue below to management, they were kind to discount the ticket and reimburse 200 EUR, which seemed a fair compensation.
Overall, it was a pleasant contact, particularly with Benjamin S. who really takes ownership and cares about his customers’ experience and the company. To this end I recommend the company again and would likely book again.
The hick up:
Offer contained "First class train ticket".
After booking, we received a second class ticket. Moreover the original offer in the website listing was changed and first class has been removed.
Confronting the agent with the original post, saved as PDF. Waiting on the company's action.
