Journey Clinical is fantastic! The medication management as well as ketamine-assisted therapy are both perfect for me. I couldn't be happier with Brittany Castaneda (my NP) and being linked to a fantastic therapist as well.

My experience was exactly as I had anticipated... awesome! And that is important because what we think we will get out of any life experience is based on what we think it will be. My questions were answered, and in most cases, answered before I asked. Sam, aka, Samantha, was professional, knowledgeable and easy to speak with. I enjoyed the time we shared and welcomed with gratitude the new information.

The original training as well as the ongoing training opportunities have been excellent, as is the support. It has significantly improved my practice and has been an enormous benefit to my patients.

Cancelled my initial appointment many times. Doesn’t care about patients . Just wants to make money and take no accountability or liability. Horrible provider. Find any other company for services you need

Being a therapist with Journey Clinical has been a really wonderful experience. Journey Clinical provided very thorough training along with support as needed to help me feel prepared to provide KAP. The collaboration with the prescriber and patient was helpful. The software system for reporting the session was easy to use.

Unfortunately, Braun Pharmacy is where I’ve had problems. The first time, after multiple inquiries from both me & my therapist, they didn’t get the medicine to me until 45 minutes before I had to leave for the appointment. Created much unnecessary stress and anxiety!
The second time, everything was delivered within a week.

Therapist is caring and listens. I can always use the portal to make appts. Everything is very streamline.
