Untrusted Business Veterans & Public Beware!!!
This is a company that will take advantage of you if you don't check up on prices on parts and labor. (Get a Second Opinion!!!) They will try to diagnose your problem giving you the least information they can so you can't fix it yourself, then they will try to sell you service that you may not need. Boosting their labor cost. They mark up the part prices 60% I caught them in the act then the owner would not refund my money of a 65.00 dollars for a service that had one sentence to describe a problem when they did multiple things on the car without consulting me. Then they tried to say an it was a small few that would complain and chose not to resolve the problem and lied to the B.B.B. I am a Disabled Veteran & Electrical Engineer and this is how the owner treats us. Remember the ratings are only based on the people that don't know any better. I feel sorry for those people.
