Brilliant service, received next day.

I use the Teros Vape System, and it is a great little device with reusable pods. These are easy to fill creating little to no mess, compared to some other vapes I have used in the past. They also don't require you to push any buttons, just working off of your breath. The only complaint I have with these is that the battery could be of slightly larger size, or at least an option with a larger size, and also the battery life, which is starting to show quite a high level of degradation after 6 months of use.

Amazing customer service. The standard other companies wish they could achieve, I had an problem with placing my order, which turned out to be an issue with my phone. Not only did they call me back promptly but gave me the info to solve the problem with my phone and also insured my delivery would get here the following day even though it was their pick up time for royal mail, by rushing my order through there and then, on top of all this they gave me free delivery for the inconvenience, which wasn't their issue to start with. Amazing! If only more companies went the extra mile for their customers like joyetech does!

Appalling customer service refusing to help with an issue and the advisor when he hung up he laughed at me down the phone, Very rude and unproffesional.

wanted a tank that does not leak .well it does not leak but airflow very hard to move and when the arrows are lined up will not open. airflow is closed and will not move. Joyetech uk has sent me a second cubis 2 for free which is very kind of them .it is great and it does not leak I have bought 2 tanks one from smok the v8 and it leaks and the aspire exo whitch leaks. I am using the smok v8 base unit with the cubis 2 and it work perfect. thank you joytech you are a great firm.and I will buy from you again .Ronald Entwisle

Arrived really quickly , it’s so easy to set up and to use and already after one day it’s helping giving up on cigarettes . As a newbie in vaping I didn’t know how strong the liquid would be , so I suggest everyone starting up on a 6. That makes the difference.

Cubis 2 is the worst atmomizer I’ve every had. It leaks, I’m filling it every 30 mins as the coil is so big that there’s no room for liquid and you can’t fill it up otherwise it stops taking liquid burns out the coil. I phoned Joyetech and the customer service was good, offering advice and sending me replacement coils to try it out as first burnt out so quickly. However, fed up with it already, chalking it up to experience as very cheap, I cant cope with an atomiser that’s empty before I get to work, it’s a 30 minute journey, usual one lasts all day at least.
