Very prompt and reliable, delivery arrived when they said it would. When there was a stock problem they contacted me to offer alternatives and gave great advice to help the novice like me.

Ordered 3 items. 2 items were delivered with no explanation or communication regarding the third item. Followed up and chased customer services on over 5 ocassions. Was eventually informed item was out of stock and not available for another 2 months.

Out of the 2 items that were received, 1 of the items was damaged with scuff marks and scratches. Currently waiting on feedback from customer services as to if we can can receive a refund. Had big expectations as linked to the grohe group.

Very good chance to get Grohe stuff at discount prices from the host company. I have used Grohe taps and shower mixers for many years but never at these prices before! Delivery is fast and the staff are very helpful

I ordered a toilet and shower enclosure a couple of weeks ago.
The delivery men were not very careful with their load and their language was awful.
When I opened the packaging the toilet cistern was broken.
However your customer services guys, Ross and David, were really helpful and promised to replace straightaway - I am just waiting for the product to arrive now.

I recently bought new bathroom taps which look fabulous . I also bought new kitchen taps which look really good. All the products are great value for money and very stylish. The service from JoYou was second to none , my taps were delivered next day. Well done .

Having spent ages looking for a reasonably priced smaller basin and pedestal I found exactly what I wanted at Joyou.The product was great and the service was efficient.However I took great exception to the cost of delivery.The sink and pedestal cost £30 and the delivery cost £35.When I queried this I was told it was a two man delivery.When I pointed out that I would be carrying it up two flights of narrow stairs on my own to fit it,this seemed to have no impact.That aside I was happy with the product and the service

signed up to be a trade customer, prices seem competitive, and offered free delivery, so i went ahead and ordered some sanitary ware etc, on looking after receiving goods, realised i had ordered wrong toilet,and asked if they could change it, to do this they wanted £34 for collection, free delivery promotion had now finished, so they also wanted £34 for delivery of the exchange toilet, to me this is a rip off.

Ordering was simple and delivery was excellent. The products, a slipper bath toilet,basin and furniture were very well wrappes and in excellent condition. Very pleased. All looks fab. Excellent value for money.

Fully recommend this company to friends. Prompt delivery and taps look and feel great?

Good quality products and excellent customer service.

From Ordering with Customer Services to delivery the process was outstanding.The products arrived on the date and time specified and everything was in order.
The products when assembled look outstanding and represent excellent value for money and I would use JOYOU again for any bathroom products I require.
