Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Impressive facilities and knowledge.

Impressed with how clean and professional the place as for my alloy wheel repair after hitting a pothole. Slightly more expensive than some other quotes but it came down to who would I trust with my 20k car. They covered the car with protective sheet whilst the wheel was being redone. Very impressed with the final outcome.

Avoid JP Alloys Cannock

unless you’ve got a lamborghini or Bentley don’t bother because they are not interested very rude and dismissive and do not want the mundane run of the mill jobs that us that drive normal cars need done. told my son his £500 alloy was scrap it’s a good job he got a second opinion because it is now being repaired and will be back on the car tomorrow.

Terrible company best avoided like the plague!

JP Alloys are a terrible company, stay away. Their customer service and treatment is terrible!

Company despite seeing vehicle previously, quoting us, then us paying a deposit, tried to increase prices upon delivery of car. They then stole our deposit, didn't do the work, slammed phone down and failed to deliver any sort of reasonable customer service.

We discovered we were quoted correctly as per their current price lists, yet they weren't happy with that, and wanted more even after deposit was paid. Total bluster and nonsensical reasons offered as to why. Imo all it added up to was sharp practice greed.

You cannot trust this company imo. They got really unreasonable and in my opinion aggressive when we stood up to them and challenged their attempts to financially abuse us. Stole our money, didn't do the work.

A very unprofessional outfit imo.
