Easy ordering. Kept me updated on delivery due to exceptionally hot weather and waiting until weather had cooled before dispatching order of 8 plants.

Plants came packed extremely well , and looking very healthy . I had notification they were holding the order back due to excessive hot weather , which was very sensible , therefore they arrived in perfect condition .

Great communication and kept informed of delivery schedule s. The plants arrived well packaged but the heucara didn't travel quite as well as the salvias .

I am not sure it's due to the recent heatwave, all of the plants I received arrived in very poor condition, many had showed clear signs of heat damage. I was very disappointed as they did not look healthy or ready to thrive. Unfortunately the quality of the plants on arrival did not meet my expectations.

In general my plans are always excellent ordered from you. However, the last lot of plants was dead on arrival and although they were replaced without any problems unfortunately the replacement was again almost dead on arrival. As you can imagine very disappointed.
In the past I've been satisfied with my purchase and hope future purchase from yourselves will be as satisfactory as before.

In this hot weather, my Salvia Hotlips arrived in very good condition. After a few days rest they were in great condition for planting, and now look very happy in my garden.

I ordered 9 Hellenium, 3 red, 3 yellow, 3 orange.
1 Agapanthus pink
2 tangerine geums
The red Helleniums by no means the lush specimens I was expecting at least had leaves. The orange and yellow Helleniums were last year's plants, cut down to stumps, pot bound with only one two leaves. I was devastated and rang straight away. Three replacement orange and yellow Helleniums were sent out. When they arrived I was in shock, they were as bad or even worse as the first lot. One stump had no leaves. I rang again and was offered a third set of replacements but I asked for a refund. The Agapanthus and the Geums arrived. Again the geums were not lush but they had a few leaves at least. The Agapanthus was small and disappointing. I expected better after watching the adverts I am constantly being bombarded with on social media. They sell better quality plants at Morrisons supermarket
The first time I rang to complain the man was polite and apologetic. The second time I rang the woman was quite rude and unsympathetic.
I would not order on line again. I will stick to Morrisons in future. Better quality for less money
