I had a great experience with J Parker's. They kept me fully informed from order to delivery, and the plants arrived in excellent condition and very well-packaged. Highly recommended.

The plants were well packaged, one looked as if it has suffered a little bit in transit but I wasn’t too worried about that.
Unfortunately only two of the 9cm pot delphinium plants I received had good root systems. The other three had very small roots.
I followed the care instructions carefully but a few weeks on 2 out of the 3 weaker plant have wilted and died, one is clinging on but I suspect it wont survive.

Ordering was easy,delivered on time,plant was of a good condition.Will use again.

It was OK the plants arrived very dried out not surprised in this weather. Time will tell next year how they survive; planted and getting lots of water.
Delivery - well I just don't like Evri too many bad experiences...

Delivery took longer then expected.Rose bushes arrived almost dead but I have planted them anyway 1 rose bush has just started to produce shoots, I’ll await and see what happens with the other one. Susan

Good communication and plant quality. They postponed delivery of my item over the extremely hot heat wave and let me know what they were doing and why, and it still arrived within the estimated timeframe. While the plant looked a little sad after I unwrapped it, this was to be expected. It perked up fantastically a couple of days after planting out. Looks like it had a good root system, which for this kind of plant is the most important thing. I would order from them again.

We have used this company for many years. They have moved on from 'we share your disappointment ' to a first rate supplier of quality products. The packaging is now superb and plants arrive in excellent condition. They are up there with the very best.

Delivered to completely the wrong address. By the time I found them the plants were barely alive and minute. Trying to keep them alive but may not succeed.

Easy to find plants and order from the website, good prices. After ordering was a bit worried that plants would be dispatched/delivered during heatwave, but delivery was delayed pending cooler weather.
