Very bad service

Been chasing and chasing and they breach their own service level agreements and complaints procedure and send rude emails when you do actually get a reply.

This company is the reason I have gone through a lot in the past one year! I wish I never signed Thier layoff agreement. This company has the greatest amount or number of racists managers. They are the worst to work for, they are very discriminating. Their leadership only cares about the white folks. Their HR isn't too good either, they will frustrate your life when you least expect. Don't don't go work for them. If I open my story here is going to be a whole book. I don't know if they even care about their reviews but if they do and reply to this review here I will take time to share very much lengthy details. So when I first joined them I knew it was as great place but after three years regret why I didn't leave the job after one year. If they care and reply to this review I will write my lengthy experience here. This is not a place to work for our perhaps for a black like me They are so so bad in many aspects. Please don't do it. I have been plunged into a lot of debts as a result of Thier racist managers. This is not a place I will want to go back except I don't even know🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

They are beyond VILE humans they MANIPULATE & STEAL avoid like the plague

This bank simply blocked (stole) my money that I sent to support a small business of a Ukranian man who is suffering from war!!! Moreover, they also took a commission for some "compliance check". After long and PAID BY ME (lool) disscussion they just did not return the money with no sorries. Better choose another bank and not this one who steals money from Ukranian people. Shame!!!

Potential candidates - don't even bother wasting your time with J.P. Morgan. Attended for an SG interview for an entry level position (even though I have many years of experience) and received good feedback from the hiring manager, Jing Ying Huang, even though she was late for the interview for more than 10 minutes. Monique Ng, the so-called HR from Hong Kong did not even follow up after the interview. Upon chasing for an update, she claimed to have me apply to their website for the role (made no sense at all) and she would then respond on the next steps. It had been more than a month but no response whatsoever from one Monique Ng. Clearly, this is an incompetent bank with even more useless staff. From this, it was clear that multiple red flags were triggered and these evidently point to shady HR practices and questionable behaviors as to the overall culture of a listed US bank. In view of the above, I was obviously no longer interested and have since blacklisted J.P. Morgan. Coincidentally, I was earnestly headhunted by Goldman Sachs and BlackRock for a much better position merely a day after this circus show of gross misconduct from J.P. Morgan. Thankfully I was not fooled by J.P. Morgan's phony pretenses and incendiary culture. I am glad I did not fall for shadyJ.P. Morgan. Red flags are always the best indicators of foreboding malevolence. I have since secured the BlackRock role and never looked back. Good riddance.

They should be put out of business! Long time ago. JP Morgan has a terrible history behind that tracks them to all world wars and others.
They've also been fined more than once to manipulate precious metals, that is real money! They should all be in jail, not fined.

This company's offers are only a scam... After offering you the heaven for you GREAT CREDIT SCORE you end with nothing but a hard hit on your credit history...

I implore the British public NOT to bank with this outfit. They are in the Autumn of 2021 making a concerted effort to raise their profile as a digital retail bank. Please do not deal with them.

JP Morgan was among the group of big American investment banks blamed for triggering the financial crisis just over a decade ago – and was eventually ordered to pay a then-record $13 billion fine – about £10 billion – in 2013 for misleading investors in the years leading up to the meltdown.
Coincidentally, 2013 was also the year the bank finally parted company with one of its most notorious clients, paedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein.

I recently applied for an Amazon credit card thru chase bank but when they denied me and the reason on the letter was a lie. I owed them 100 on a credit card years ago and they stop sending me a bill and when they did it was for 300 or more and I've paid all my cards on time with a low balance but they sayI have a high balance my dept to ratio is 10%. I laugh because your company is a rip-off or will try but you couldn't do me. And now I have the best credit cards. I just receive a letter from them 11/05/20.

Rude, racist, sexist. The worst customer support. They yell at customers. Couldn't get our cheques cashed on time. Keep on waiting in line.

Refuses to use IBAN for transfer from the US to Europe. Appalling sense of the customer service.

I am a very happy customer. I enjoy this service and a round of applause to customer service for always helping me solve my problems or just responding very thoroughly to my questions.

Pretty decent working environment and if you have them on your CV, it can really help your career. I liked their internship program.
