Very happy! Beautiful set of playing cards that I gave as a gift. Delivery was very fast. Packaging was all recyclable and sustainable which is a huge bonus.

Ive been using JP Playing Cards now for some months and I can say without hesitation that they are a league ahead of everyone else. The website is fantastic, the response time to questions asked is second to none and the customer service is impeccable. I simply cannot recommend them highly enough. There is no alternative for your playing card supplies. I will only ever use JP Playing Cards and I suggest you do the same.

I've ordered from JP a few times now and their service and delivery is fantastic. I've had one problem with one of my orders and when I inquired about it I had my emails replied to immediately and the problem has been rectified as soon as possible.

This website should be a model of how all shopping experiences should be run. Quick dispatch, Low shipping prices and instant response to emails regarding anything. I would highly recommend this site as there selection of cards is great and its always good to know its only a quick email to ask any kind of question.

On my first order with JP - I had an issue with my order which was delt with quickly, despite being out of office hours. The quick and helpful response transformed the experience from being just another online purchase.
I've ordered several times from JP, and will continue to do so. the prices are often cheaper than even ebay, and that's before considering the loyalty point scheme.
The range is fantastic, albeit an annoying thing as I now want to spend thousands on packs of cards I really don't need. Postage prices are very reasonable, and in fact free on larger orders. There are deals on all the time which are horribly effective at enticing me to purchase.

A well design website and checkout process - unlike a lot of cards/magic stores they think about the user.

Their stock is brilliant, some decks are unique to them in the UK and very grateful for them reselling.

Shipping is always extremely prompt, well packaged and again, customer thought about at every stage.

When i placed my first order with JP Playing cards he told me from the start that the cards I wanted weren't in stock. So i ordered cards to be sent whenever they were available I wasn't in a rush, when the order took longer than we both expected (this was around the time country was hit by snow, so JP Playing cards stock came in late) the owner made sure I knew exactly what was happening with my order. The customer service was by far the best I've ever received. When something is late to be delivered it can be slightly frustrating, but the owner replied to all of my emails within a day most times within a couple of hours, that to me was the most important thing he didn't leave me in the dark for weeks like most companies do. My second order placed was a dream, good price and didn't have to pay ridiculous amounts of tax when ordering from abroad.
For me this company is a gold mine. I work as a magician part time and I do not go nowhere else to get my cards.
So if you need to get some playing cards stop reading this review and get to JP Playing Cards. No seriously stop reading the review and go now!

I've submitted a number of high value orders with JP Playing Cards and I can't say a single negative thing about them. Their service has always been quick and their customer service is great.

They stock a range of playing cards that are hard to get hold of and sometimes cannot be brought anywhere else in the UK so if you're a collector, then they need to be high up on your supplier list.
