The company overall delivered an extremely satisfactory service from start to finish.
I was very clear on what type of solar, batteries and EVcharger I required. In the initial planning they built on my requirements e.g. by suggesting a Powerwall rather than two Enphase batteries and at a lower price.
The survey was carried out on time and took on board my requirements for cable routing. The installation went very efficiently including the scaffolding which was only up for one week. All wiring very neat and all damaged roof tiles replaced but with the caveat that it has not rained yet. Only two small issues - we’d specified a white Zappi charger but they fitted a black one. It was not an issue since it looks very smart. Also we did challenge as to why on the front elevation the ends of the solar panel brackets were visible. We have seen some, but far from all, installations locally where they are hidden. The fitter said that was the system they use. I guess we shall get used to it.

They set us up with all the necessary apps to monitor the system although I had to subsequently tweak the Zappi charger for solar charging after a bit of Googling.

Overall we were very pleased both with the installation and the subsequent performance. The company kept us very well informed throughout the whole process. So, if you want an AC coupled solar system with integrated inverters to minimise shading issues I can recommend JPS Renewables.

This was my 2nd experience of a project delivered by JPS and I'm pleased to say that it was every bit as good as the first. The team were polite, professional and easy to get along with, as well as leaving not only a very tidy and well done installation but also no mess - far from a guarantee when it comes to the trades, especially electricians!.

Miles was really helpful and was able to provide clear and easy-to-understand information. Pre-sale there was no pressure and we were allowed to progress at our own pace. The installation team were courteous, respected our property and did a great good with the installation.

Work was undertaken to their high standard, very efficient and courteous, I would not hesitate to recommend their work and service from beginning to end was excellent.

I used this company because no one else was interested in installing a solar and battery solution in my house because it was too messy and complicated to do. Then I came across this company at the Everything Electric Show in London. Their sales guy, Jack, was up for the challenge despite the obvious issues. From the outset the company was profession, they tried multiple solutions and did external consultation to try to accommodate my needs. In the end I couldn't have everything I wanted because they felt there was too much safety and financial risk for both sides but instead they came up with an excellent compromise. The work done by the electricians was excellent and to a high standard. They respected the property, didn't complain about awkward cable routings, provided a neat installation and cleaned up after themselves. The system that was installed has worked faultlessly since installation except one small problem that turned out to be user error. But in the course of trying to debug it I had reason to call the company support team they they got on to the issue immediately and had it resolved in under an hour. Ultimately what I loved was not being dismissed, as I had been by three other companies.

JPS Group were very efficient from the time I decided to go for solar panels. I was informed with who was responsible for each stage of the process and I needed to do. The installation team and the electrical were very professional when carrying out the work. They left my property clean and tidy. I will thoroughly recommend JPS Group to my friends.

Can’t recommend JPS enough. I spent a long time looking for a reputable Solar Company, and luckily stumbled upon them online. Although they are based in Kent they were willing to come to London. I applied for a quote Feb 22, and by March 19 it was fully installed. They’re also one of the few to use the combination of Enphase inverters with Tesla Powerwalls, which is by far the most efficient and reliable off grid setup available, which is what i was looking for. As an added bonus, they’ve also recently been purchased by Good Energy, who give JPS customers a flat rate of 20p/kwh for exports. Thank you to the whole team at JPS, will definitely recommend to everyone interested in solar!
