Used jrpass.com to order my Japan Rail Pass in the US. Had next day delivery and the process was smooth.
Contacted support regarding with naming on the pass and this was resolved within 5 hours. Would use again.

2 weeks in J-Town
Very simple, efficient, if you want to travel around one city individual tickets are more cost-effective, however there is the hassle of buying. However if you want to travel between cities it is an absolute winner. A one-way ticket between for example Tokyo and Osaka can be about 150, thereby making the overall cost of this, especially when one includes a vast amount of inter-city travel exceptionally effective.

Massive Money saver if you plan to travel inside Japan
Didn't work around Mt Fuji and a few other lines but otherwise was a massive help. Pass Arrived in 3 days and I ordered it 4 days before my flight so was very happy to see it arrive without issue.
