Ordered the signed posters and received them plus 15 extra signed leaflets and pamphlets well worth it best inspiration workout posters absolutely love them quick delivery no problem or issues

I placed an order on the 9th of June, on the 24th I messaged to asked if they had posted the item as it was a birthday present for 27th June, I got told to contact Jodie via Instagram etc, I have messaged her 3 times now and been ignored, I have commented on posts and still no reply, she posts everyday and I am now writing my order off.
I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING both JODIE and JST, huge disappointment I really didn’t except the company to be ran like a shambles and I certainly expected more from a so-called celebrity.
To this day I still have not had a response since being told to contact Jodie directly.
I still do NOT have my items I ordered nor do I have any sort of refund.
If trust pilot or Jodie would like the proof of messages and emails I have them all here.

I ordered something a few years ago and that was fine but I ordered recently and I think they are no longer trading. They took the money straight away but I received no confirmation, I have received no goods and when I emailed then the email was returned. I have claimed the money back from my bank. Avoid.

I’ve seen all these reviews saying no show of the products… I was just about to order as they are so good and I’ve always been happy with the service and the products.

Let’s hope it’s just a glitch …

Don't even want to give 1 *. Total fraudsters. Ordered on the 6th Nov, money taken 8th Nov then nothing. According to my shop account the order is still processing. Delivery 3-5 working days stated on the website, I'm at 15 WORKING DAYS. No replies to emails, tweets or DM's. Can't even cancel the order!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Took the money immediately but no confirmation of order, an error message on screen, no invoice, no response to e mails. Looking at other reviews not expecting a delivery either. starting to believe this is a con artist which should be avoided.

Ordered clothing from the website 4 weeks ago had no order invoice or update regarding where the order is despite the money taken and they are not replying to emails or messages through social media. Cannot contact for a resolution

Disappointed!!

Hi everyone . I've just recently purchased semtex I'm 2 weeks in and already lost half a stone in weight . The secret is to eat a piece of fruit first before taking and this stops any sick feelings or heartburn . I find when taking on an empty stomach I feel sick . But I have been having a banana first then taking and it's perfectly fine .

Super fast delivery (ordered Friday arrived Monday) and well packaged. I bought in the Black Friday deal which was exceptional value. Having bought the meal replacement shakes in the past, which taste gorgeous and really work for weight loss, I stocked up ready for the Christmas period and also bought Hebex and JFlex which were a bargain too and I am looking forward to seeing the results. Can't fault the service and having bought from JST for the last 4 years I will be back.

Delivery was super quick!!
I’ve used Semtex previously, a few years back when my weight loss stalled, and they were great, really helped me push myself whilst working out to shift those last few stubborn lbs.
I’ve just purchased 2 bottles but was kind of hesitant prior to ordering after reading the comments on here about the new formula.
I did as the bottle said, took one tablet 30 mins before working out, normally i would last around 10 minutes on the cross trainer before wanting to give up and feeling like it’s an absolute chore! But with Semtex i’ve had the same experience as before with using them. It really pushes you and gives you energy, i’ve been doing 45 minutes easily, makes you sweat like a pig, so it’s certainly doing the trick. I think the lbs being shed are from the clean eating and exercising but Semtex certainly gives you that burst of energy that’s needed to keep going with your workout. For me personally that’s what I needed.

Places my order on 22nd and received today. The protein shake tastes amazing, smells good too. Thick shake and keeps u full. Will be ordering again.

No issues with my order, customer service was great and always had a reply.

I'm guessing from some of the reviews it's the haters leaving comments, grow up!

Never received my product!
Pointed it out to jody Marsh on social media including posting a link with no reply and have now seen many news articles saying how unsafe her tablets are!

So maybe it was best that I didn’t receive it

Have used Semtex for many years helping in my weightloss journey. Found them brilliant!

Had a break from them for about a year, but have recently started to take them again (or try to) but I’ve experienced the worst side effects... severe stomach cramps, vomiting, feeling faint, dizzy and profusely sweating. This would last for around an hour before I start to feel okay again.
Unfortunately after 4+ attempts I can no longer take these tablets.

I ordered clothing from Jodie Marsh site, I’ve not received this, no tracking update. I’ve sent 4 emails with no reply!! No phone number to call so I can’t chase up my order. Will not order from here ever again!!

I've used Semtex for years (on and off) I recently went back on them after a year off and was experiencing the same heartburn and vomiting as others.. checked the bottle and it had expired so pls make sure you check... it was a new batch so I sent them back and they replaced them with no problems. New batch (white bottle) seem very good so far (2 weeks in) noticed less caffeine so need to down a green tea as well but so far so good!

My partner bought me a jacket for Xmas which does not fit.. he thought that it would not fit on delivery before giving me the gift. He had contacted the site to ask about returns but had no reply in the 4 weeks up to Xmas from delivery. He also did not receive any receipt or invoice with the order, very strange.
I also sent 2 e-mails enquiring about returns. We are now nearly at the end of January with no reply from the site. Very Disappointing.
The jacket was £70 so not cheap.
We are normal working class individuals so don’t have £70 to throw away.
Jodie likes to show herself as a down to earth normal girl..This does not show in her company customer service..
Again Very Disappointing..
Don’t buy anything from this website , the customer service is terrible.

FOR NEW SEMTEX - NEW FORMULA AND NEW WHITE PACKAGING

I have used semtex for years! It's the only fat burner/ pre work that has given me the pump I really needed to smash my workouts.
Now I came off them (the old formula and black packaging) as I was trying to conceive and I am now fortunate enough to have a little boy!
Back on my work out grind and I was sceptical to get semtex again as I have seen many reviews saying that the new semtex (white packaging) has made people very sick! (Scroll down for said reviews). However I purchased to see for myself.
I took 1 at a time, two hours apart with food inbetween and around 1l of water and I have had no bad side effects.
On 5 hours sleep because of my baby, I feel like I've had a full nights sleep and several cups of coffee.
I can't fault them!
I would advise to always take with food and water. Even with the old formula I had bad side effects if taken on there own (red itchy skin and I would go deep red and flushed all over my body from the pepper/burner in them)

Keep smashing the workouts guys!

Semtex review...cant fault the company really...7 days shipping to UK was slow....dont know what they have done tothe semtex but since the bottle changed to white so has the formula. Does absolutely nothing...the old formula one tablet with lots of water to avoid heating in the stomach kept me going at gym followed by a 12 hr shift in a busy hospital
2 of the new formula and i managed to sleep for 2 hours after taking them..wouldn't happen before..brinf back the old formula...going to look elsewhere now...gutted as these were great.

I have used semtex in the past and was able to take 2 before a work out and they were brilliant! I bought a new batch about 2 months ago and i took 2 before i got to the gym, by the time i started to walk on the treadmill i was nearly throwing up and had the most horrific pains in my tummy as well as heartburn. I ended up bent over the toilet in the gym for about 15 minutes vomiting and leaning over to try and get the pain out of my stomach. I tried a few days later just taking 1 instead of 2 and again i ended up on my bathroom floor bend over to try and releive the pain in my stomach and nearly vomiting! I am unsure of whats changed because i ordered them as soon as i had ran out of my first ones so didnt have any for about 2 days and that was it. I have never had any problems with them before until now they appear to have gotten stronger or something as i cannot take them anymore! Again there is a weird peppery taste that causes severe and i mean severe heart burn and heart palpitations! I hope they get changed back because i have tried them again yesterday and today and still getting same effects!
