Boiler and raidiator issue
December 2019 Report boiler repairs to jtompilison, Boiler not working properly inconsistently of hot water and heating, poor pressure system, gas supply fault, leaking boiler and leaking raidiators, Reported a number of times to jtompilison 31st December 2019, 14th January, 3rd, 21st, 24th Feb, 21st March, 27th April 2020, 2nd, 26 January, 1st, 8th, 10th February 2021 so from January 26th 2020 tenant and young child in cold flat, only using portal electrical heaters, not sufficient heating, expensive to use, raised issues with leaking raidiators, worker did assessment and advise to get new raidiators they will order new raidiators, 4th February worker fix one new raidiator but overall I'm disappointed that that the person who ordered the raidiators did not order the right size. I'm not satisfied with the length of the time it's taking to complete the job. I'm very eager to find out when the job will be completed so I've contact jtompilison several times, I'm getting conflicting information in relation to when they will complete repairs. I'm not getting the right contact details to discuss this issue further, overall it's a very poor customer service.

This is a really badly organised…
This is a really badly organised company . Engineers do not turn up for servicing. Paperwork systems not followed properly. Incomplete job sheets, no follow up activities listed on job sheets. They don't answer letters or complaints properly. No customer satisfaction followed up. They actually left a customer without heating or hot water after servicing the boiler. How do they continue trading a turnkey solutions provider when giving poor customer service ?

A superb standard
I work closely with J Tomlinson as a supplier. They are a great customer, their team is friendly and always pay on time. I have seen first hand the work which they carry out and the standard is superb. They also work very closely with the local communities and charities in the areas in which they operate. They focus on 'giving something back' to the community which is always a lovely thing to see from such a large organisation.
