Absolute load of rubbish customer service. Two days in and I cannot get through. Don’t waste your time and effort. I wish I read up on the reviews before I called. Poor reviews poor service. God help there after sales.

The worst customer service and after…

The worst customer service and after sales team. I have been having issue with my Lisna Whirpool bath ever since we bought it and it has been 3 three months without any support from customer care. Dawn from customer support is dealing with this and responds only via email once a week saying someone will call but no one has called. Their phones lines don’t work.

The worst company to deal with and I will totally avoid this company.

We had a bad experience with JTSpas

We had a bad experience with JTSpas, we have ordered 700mm*700mm shower tray and shower enclosure.
This was recommended by the builder who has trust in this company as he has advised several other landlords.
When the order came we just checked the item is in good condition.
When the builder came and fixed the shower tray and then when he was trying to fix the shower enclosure it was not fitting. He checked the shower tray measurement he found that wrong order has been sent which is 800mm instead of 700mm.

I have emailed the JTspas about the wrong order and that if they could replace the 700mm*700mm shower enclosure to 800mm*800mm enclosure.
They mentioned they dont sell 800mm but this was false.
Also they are blaming the builder that he should have checked, once we have ordered the right item we expect right item to be sent.
Also Builder mentioned having trust with the company why would he keep on checking every time for each item measurement as it would be really hectic for him as they work in several places and it was the fault from the company.
Now because of this company I have to unnecessarily incurred £800 for no reason. They are not compensating or helpful for any reason.
I have faced horrible experience with this company. I don't recommend anyone to buy from this company.
Also recently builder faced another similar issue.
They are not helpful or they don't resolve the issue.

Wrong shower delivered

I ordered a steam shower, delivery came on time,we'd already agreed with plumber to renovate bathroom whilst we were on holiday,when we got home the plumber called in to see if everything was alright.we said brilliant neat job. but how do we use steam option to which he replied it's not a steam shower it's a normal shower, i contacted jt spas and was told they had sent wrong shower,after a week of negotiations we accepteded waiting for six weeks for a new panel and steamer to arrive,I contacted jt spas again to try to arrange compensation to fund the plumber for correcting the shower. But was told no compensation would be given, and was told They've already given me a gesture of good will by replacing the panel, but it's what I'd ordered and paid for originally, never again will I deal with jt spas.

Order a Lisna Waters Steam Shower pod…

Ordered a Lisna Waters Steam Shower pod which was delivered on time by a courier. However not all the optional additional parts were delivered which I didn't realise. Having then engaged a plumber and electrician to install in my new bathroom was where it all went wrong. Firstly the control panel on the shower was incorrect with a hose fitted that was a foot too short to reach the shower head. The hose from the steam generator to the waste was and still is missing. The seals in the doors were missing and still are. The instructions to operator the control panel are incorrect. The shower pod is one inch smaller than the actual tray, meaning it doesnt fit snug inside the tray and there are no instructions and no reasons why not. Despite being sealed correctly there is leakage from an unknown place. I have had to go to Wickes and purchase hoses myself and mackle one together which. Incorrect glass shelves were sent and i still have not heard back from anyone to have a replacement glass shelf, so I have two holes in my shower wall where it is meant to go. Now no one is answer the phone at JT SPas so I suspect it will be going bust any day soon. Lisna Waters have been in touch, but despite sending them a whole host of issues, they havent so far replied either. They are the manufacturers so they should be responsible for the fact the shower is not fit for purpose. I would avoid at all costs and probably go to FROG showers down south.

No shower, no refund

Paid for the shower cabin on June 7, delivery 5-10 business days. we received a reply to our email asking when the goods would be delivered on June 25 that the goods had not yet been sent. they do not reply to emails about refunds. the shower cabin was not delivered and the money was not returned. we categorically do not recommend.

Still waiting for my refund

Still waiting for my refund for over two months! I have phoned at least six times and am constantly told they are behind. Last week I was told that I would be receiving my refund by the end of the week! Im still waiting!!!

Do not buy from this company unless you can guarantee that you won’t need after sales care!

You owe me just under £200 for the refund of the lights on the walk in bath I purchased. You kept the lights as I didn’t want them but still haven’t given me back the monies. Terrible

I ordered a walk in bath based on the information provided, it turned up and was not as described. I returned 3 weeks ago at a cost of £400 and after 3 weeks still have not received my refund of £2000. I have been calling and emailing for a week now and just given apologies and told accounts are dealing with it. PLEASE READ OTHER REVIEWS OF WITHHELD REFUNDS. SERIOUSLY CONCERNING. Am having to now take legal action. As a vulnerable and disabled person who had to order a walk in bath I cannot tell you the stress this has caused me.
In response to the below. The bath I ordered is NOT bespoke, it was not custom made for me or my individual needs. I ordered a bath advertised on your website. I asked you questions about the bath before ordering which you failed to answer correctly and the picture of the bath is inadequate. Why when the bath was returned promptly over 3 weeks ago untouched, unwrapped, are you still waiting for an inspection of the bath? I have contacted you several times since and NOT been given a detailed or reassuring update. Just told accounts are aware and making it a priority.
Update as of 23rd May still no refund and no date as to when I'll receive it. Now nearly 4 weeks since the bath was collected. Contacted as suggested below for so called detailed and reassuring update and told I can't have one because accounts are closed on Fridays! Absolute Jokers.
Update as of 28th May. Asked for the so called detailed and reassuring update and received "your refund will be processed next week" I have asked for contact details of Director or owner of company to make a formal complaint and not been given one. I can't believe this business gets away with this. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS because even if you know exactly what you want, if it turns up damaged good luck getting your money back. Absolutely scandalous.

Stay away from these!!!!

A very hollow basic apology that is sent to all. No intentions of hurrying their system up. They were never going to agree with us that it wasn't fit for purpose! So I've had to pay to return it and they've kept the delivery money. So almost £200 out of pocket!

Ordered shower tray, screen from this company. Total £434.95. The shower tray was unfit for purpose, our plumber who has been in the trade for 30 years was able to carry it up with two fingers it was so flimsy, no way would it have taken much standing on before splitting. It already had a ripple through it. A riser kit was required but non available so suggested we build our own, no where to do this in minimal space. Contacted company to return, had to pay return fees.

Company received on 25th March and I have been chasing my refund constantly since then. They informed me they would deduct £96 delivery fee as nothing wrong with it! All I get when I email them is that they'll chase accounts as they're behind.

They have been a nightmare from the beginning, not answering calls, putting phone down and just lies.

I need that money!

I am going to be contacting my bank. All hassle I don't need, when not well.

I wish I had never come across this company.

Since writing this they have informed me my refund is being processed, I won't hold my breath. Still minus the £96. So they will still not accept responsibility for faulty, unusable goods.

I have been waiting for a refund of £480 for almost 4 months now. When I contact for an update I am issued with an apology and I am told that I will receive an update once the accounts team process my refund. My calls are now not being answered and I have had to report the company to Trading Standards.

My payment was for a replacement bath as the original one I ordered arrived damaged and was unavailable to reorder. It then became available again and was sent out but my refund for the additional payment I made for the alternative bath has never been issued. I was initially told it would be processed once we sent proof that we had disposed of the damaged bath, I’m not sure why when the refund should had been issued as soon as I agreed to stick with the original model when it was restocked. Even so, I sent proof of disposal on 15th March and I have still not received my refund. Absolutely shocking to withhold almost £500 which rightfully belongs to a customer for over 4 months. As yet I still have not received my refund…

Great product and service

It was delivered on time unlike the plumber. However when he did install it, he said it was bang on and straight forward to build. Most importantly its fabulous now absolutely love it. We ordered and paid £745 for a shower unit for a disabled person in November 2024. When purchasing the website stated 7-10 days for delivery. When it got to 2nd December we received an email saying it would be delivered late January/february. We heard nothing so in March we contacted them again to be told it would now be June!! At this point they had had £745 of a disabled persons money since November. We asked for a refund as the continued delays was causing great disruption and meant we were having to pay for personal care for our relative who had no shower unit! On 30th March 2025 they agreed to a refund and said it would be 7-14 days.
AFTER CHASING AND CHASING VIA EMAIL AND TELEPHONE CALLS (WHERE THEY PUT THE PHONE DOWN IF THEY DO NOT WISH TO SPEAK TO YOU) WE FINALLY RECEIVED A REFUND IN MAY 2025.
So they had held money for nearly 6 months!!!!
At no point did they contact us and we had to constantly chase in the end threatening action via small claims court and debt recovery management. We did report them to trading standards.
PLEASE READ REVIEWS ON HERE AND ONLINE VERY CAREFULLY AND DO NOT HAVE THE EXTREME INCONVENIENCE AND UPSET WR HAVE HAD TO ENDURE

ORDER NO 46444 before they try to get this review removed!!!

Your order was placed while the item was listed as on back order with our suppliers. Although the checkout advised an estimated delivery of 7–10 days, this is based on stock arriving back with us from the supplier, which unfortunately experienced ongoing delays outside our control. We fully acknowledge that these delays caused considerable inconvenience and distress, and for that, we sincerely apologise. Alternitive products from similar brands were always available if required

Recent events — notably, the Red Sea crisis, where commercial vessels have been attacked — have forced major shipping lines to reroute around the Cape of Good Hope. This has added substantial delays to shipments arriving from Asia. (BBC News – Red Sea shipping crisis)

With regards to your refund, we processed the request through our accounts department as soon as it was approved. However, in some cases, refund clearance can take longer depending on the card provider’s processing times — typically up to 5–10 working days after we’ve issued it. We understand how frustrating it is to have to chase for updates, and we regret that our communication during this time fell short.

We’d like to clarify that we do not hang up on customers unless there is abusive or offensive language used — we value respectful communication on both sides and are always here to help.

The worst company ever. DO NOT USE. Read other bad reviews and take note. They took our money and we did not receive our goods. They ignored our emails and phone calls.
