Excellent staff and excellent service/products

Having dealt with Georgia throughout the process, JT Spas and Georgia guided me through the process of selecting a suitable product and made ordering the item easy. Their products are excellent value for money as well, and an amazing selection available.

Totally Delighted!!

Absolutely delighted with my gorgeous new Grace whirlpool bath!

A fantastic product.

The team at JTSpas are running an excellent service. The website is easy to use and I loved the video of the spa function demo. They communicated with me regularly by email and kept me updated on the progress of my order. They arranged to hold back my order until I needed the product as I didn’t have room to store it on site. I was very grateful for that and their efficiency in ensuring that my order was delivered on time. I was expecting to maybe have to chase them nearer my chosen delivery date but they contacted me to confirm that all was in order. The bath was very well packaged and protected for transit and the specialist delivery firm that they used were very helpful too.

Having read the small number of negative reviews of JTSpas I was a bit nervous about committing to an order and buying an expensive item from them ( although I consider the bath excellent value for money) . I needn’t have worried as the whole experience of buying from them has been a joy. If only everything in life could go this smoothly!! Thank you Georgia and all at JTSPAS.

Absolutely the most unprofessional... Amazing response .... and now they say that they dont have an order from me,

Absolutely the most unprofessional organization i have ever had my displeasure to work with..... never use them, they never return phone call .. will not give the owners/md's details will not even give you there name... they take your money and do not deliver and when they do offer any sort of information they deny they ever said it and know one has any authority to give information out!!! appalling service on every level.... and now they deny an order from me... but on Friday last they tell me it will take 7 - 14 days to get my refund.... Hmmm more lies... this company is appalling... and if the MD and his wife ever review these reviews they should have the professionalism to call me and talk about the way there employees/representatives interact with there customers... as an owner of a business i would want to know what is going on here...... these guys are letting your company down at every opportunity!!!! and adding more fuel to the fire my friend is not going to make this go away..... just a terrible way to run a business on every level... and if I don't get my money back PDQ this will be escalated to another level.... its amazing they can take your money in seconds but it takes to weeks to get a refund!!!! appalling yet again... reputable companies give your money back in minutes!!!!.... now tell me another lie!!!

Thanks for your review, i cant seem to find any order with your name on our system. All payments are taken only as a temporary hold and only taken after goods are dispatched. In the current climate of stock shortages if the orginal purchaser was advised an item is in stock that information would have been accurate at that exact time, stock levels are very fluid on some products. We aim to deliver in stock products within 3-7 working days and certain models on express delivery if ordered before 12 noon can be delivered the next working day.

Twice unsuccessful credit card payments

I ordered twice the bath through your website and paid with AMEX card. The payment showed on my AMEX account as pending but the order was unregistered by your company. I had to make a few phone calls to discuss it with your staff who where very helpful but couldn't help as they said there was an issue with the payment. After seen that I do not get to anywhere I ordered it by transferring the money. I received the bath after about a week and waiting on my plamber to fix it.

100% service

Cabin has only been fitted today but we have had one before so don't expect to have any issues. Communication was spot on, we ordered a white one that delivery would be delayed but advised that if we changed ro black it would be immediate dispatch, so we opted for the black one. Customer services and sales were 100% couldn't fault them at all. Hopefully won't need a new one for many years but wouldn't hesitate to buy from this company again.

Minor problem with fittings but overcame this, lovely shower enclosure!

One of the boxes containing part of the shower enclosure was torn and open in one small place. Had to check items to make sure they were ok - they were fine. The wrong door handles and rollers were sent but managed to find the correct items. The shower looks great thanks to JJ Plumbing. The tiles set it off beautifully. The shower tray and shower are lovely. The shower arrived when we were told it would.

A very pleasent experience for a change

The whole experience with JT Spas has been a breeze. From talking to someone on the phone, having it delivered on time and as arranged could not have gone smoother.

Classy, contemporary and good looking.

We had a positive holiday experience of the advantages of a pod style shower unit and it seemed the natural way to go when replacing our en-suite shower. It's worked out really well and our installer had no difficulty following the straightforward instruction leaflet. The look is fabulous. The variety of jets gives a great range of showering options. Love the fact it's going to be so easy to maintain and looking as good as new. We now have an en-suite shower unit that is classy, contemporary and that we are proud of. We love the look and functionality. Prompt delivery and well packaged. Can't fault the product or the company.

Great Customer Service

My plumber dropped the shower head he was fitting and it broke. Georgia at JTSpas located and sent me a replacement by return of post. They didn't even charge for the replacement, just the for the postage.

Brilliant customer service, thank you JTSpas.

Disgusting company

Disgusting company, bunch of sharks! images from the website look nothing like what was received. My order wasn't as shown, what they sent was a cheap plastic shower tray I could have picked up from B&Q for £100 but this was nearly £1000 they tried and tried to refuse a return, you need to be persistent! Fortunately I'm a tenacious soul and when I'm being taken advantage of, I will not rest!

Following a 6 week battle I finally got a return accepted and 3 weeks later a refund

Avoid at all cost!

Even the collection guy said "this a shower tray for JT Spa?" That's how common this issue is!

Kenny & Georgia at JT Spas we're…

Kenny & Georgia at JT Spas we're excellent, although the delivery of our downstairs toilet items took a little longer than first thought, this wasn't their fault and taking the current pandemic into account, all was good 😊 The items were in perfect condition and a big shout out to the delivery man, James, who very patiently waited and helped whilst I checked the items. Doing our main bathroom later in the year and will not hesitate to go back to JT Spas again. Many thanks.

Awful Customer Service

I ordered my bath in December and arranged delivery so it would come before Christmas. I booked a day off work to take the delivery but nobody turned up, when I questioned this the following day they said the bath had been damaged in transit (not that anyone thought to let me know.) Almost the end of the February and I still haven’t received my bath despite paying a premium for quick delivery. Shocking customer service with poor attitude. Would highly recommend to anyone reading this to look elsewhere!

Many thanks for your review, please accept our sincere apologies for these delays. I know unfortunately the bath got damaged by the 3rd party transport company and they advised their driver was to make contact with you to advise of this. We ourselves dont hear this information from couriers for a few days as normally 99.9% of baths are delivered via this brand of bath perfectly without damages, and on this occassion we were informed which we were the next day after your call. I fully understand your frustration and I see your order is showing as having a delivery fee as 'Free'.

As we were out of stock now on this bath, the bath manufacturer warehouse in the UK have also been out of stock themselves for the past 10 weeks there is be huge delays across 100's of the bathroom manufacturers caused by lockdown and restrictions with bottlenecks at UK ports. I believe this has been discussed at length on the bbc news and also via MP's in parliament. We ourselves spoke to our local MP who personally discussed it live in the house of commons only a few weeks, as it was shown on the 10 o'clock news and we received a letter from the home office in regards to container shipping delays.

We do have 100's of Freestanding baths available but unfortuately the specific bath ordered both ourselves and the bath manufacturer are awaiting stock to arrive from their factory abroad. Once the bath arrives to the warehouse we have had it routed for direct delivery to you by-passing our own warehouse for increased speed when they arrive back to stock. We do not advertise the bath as in stock on our website but to call for availabality as a range of fast moving stock sells out with lead times from bath manufacturers changing on some models daily.

Please accept our sincere apologies in this regard and we will get your bath to you asap when they arrive.
