Supported a tenant with clear motives to extract money on a technically. Avoid .
Tenant advised and supported who continued to send letters to landlord parent address who are elderly and known to be going though cancer treatment. My patent still receiving letters 12 months after settlement as did not tie up there business. Earned peanuts on case, supported extraction of money on multiple technicities. Morals do not apply.
We had an excellent experience with Judge & Priestley during our recent property purchase. This is the second time we’ve used their services, and once again they were outstanding from start to finish.
Khaled and Alexa in particular were fantastic — always approachable, incredibly supportive, and consistently went above and beyond to answer our questions, even outside of normal working hours. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and positive attitude made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well-managed.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Judge & Priestley, and especially Khaled and Alexa, to anyone looking for reliable and dedicated solicitors.

Our solicitor, Jessica, was brilliant from start to finish. A perfect balance of professionalism and being approachable/personable. It was a stressful sale, to say the least, but Jessica did everything she could to help it get over the line.

My father's estate has been dealt with promptly and Ed has been able to answer and deal with any queries that I've had. The estate is of medium complexity, and is moving along very swiftly. I have felt reassured that everything has been well explained and I have been kept informed when needed.

They have been extremely efficient and professional and nothing wax too much bother. An excellent service!

J&P were guardians of my Mothers Will and she recently passed away leaving me as executor of her estate. I had no perception of the responsibility and the processes it would entail and their time and assistance in talking me through everything and acting on my behalf has proved invaluable, extremely helpful and very reassuring at an emotional time.

My husband and I had lived in our home for 27 years when developers approached us with the opportunity to purchase our home. The home was no longer suitable for our needs and we had been planning to move for sometime, a process that should taken only twelve months unfortunately extended to two years which could have been stressful had it not been for the support and guidance we had from our solicitors James Ray and his team of paralegals at Judge & Priestley who went above and beyond keeping us both updated at every step and reassuring us when concerning issues may arise. Although the sale took longer than expected I cannot be more thankful to have found such an engaged team of professionals who made challenges translateable and easy for us to understand. I would recommend this company to anyone who are going through a sell and require knowledgeable honest solicitors that operations with honesty and integrity. Thank you all at Judge & Priestley

We feel incredibly lucky to have had Michael as our solicitor throughout our purchase, he has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. He was consistently professional, highly responsive, and always there to offer timely support whenever we had questions or needed reassurance.
What really stood out was how thorough and diligent he was. Michael carried out all the searches in great depth, paid close attention to every detail, and never made us feel rushed or uncertain about any part of the process.
His transparency and trustworthiness gave us real peace of mind during what can often be a stressful journey.
We really appreciate all the hard work and care he put into supporting us - it made a huge difference. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Michael to anyone looking for a reliable, dedicated and genuinely supportive solicitor.

We are on the top of a long chain where these conveyancing solicitors here are acting for a first-time buyer. The FTB has no idea where to send their deposit so a six-household chain has been held up for over a week as no funds have been deposited. These solicitors rarely answer emails or communicate regularly.

We had recently sold a property with another law firm and it was the worse experience! What a difference with Judge and Priestly. Pam was very professional and kept us informed all the way through our property purchase and sale. I would thoroughly recommend this law firm. Thank you Pam.

Incredibly efficient process for will writing and LPA preparation. Excellent communication. J&P took the time to understand my needs and requirements and made me feel completely at ease despite the delicate nature of my business. Kamilla Patai is a credit to J&P, she was exceptional.

We recently sold our house and had the absolute pleasure of working with Neera Daar as our solicitor. From start to finish, Neera was everything you could hope for : professional, efficient, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable.
She guided us through the entire process with clarity and confidence, making what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless and straightforward. No question was ever too small and her communication was prompt, clear and always reassuring.
Neera's attention to detail and commitment to keeping everything on track was truly impressive. She not only kept us well-informed at every stage but also handled every legal aspect with calm precision and efficiency.
We’re genuinely grateful for her outstanding work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone buying or selling property. Thank you, Neera, for making this such a smooth and positive experience!

Very Poor Experience with Judge & Priestley
I was recently involved in a property transaction as the seller, where Judge & Priestley were acting for the buyer. Although I was not their client, I had direct and repeated exposure to how the matter was handled or mishandled by their representative, Mrs Elizabeth Besufekad.
From the outset, the process was plagued by consistent delays, poor communication, and a lack of urgency. Simple enquiries and standard conveyancing steps went unanswered for long periods, even after multiple follow-ups from myself, the estate agent, and my own solicitor. This lack of responsiveness severely disrupted the transaction and ultimately contributed to the sale falling through.
These concerns were not mine alone. Both the estate agent and my solicitor, experienced professionals in their own right, independently raised the same frustrations about the way Judge & Priestley handled the buyer’s side. This was not an isolated oversight but a sustained pattern of disengagement and inefficiency.
As someone familiar with how property transactions should be conducted, I can say without hesitation that the level of service demonstrated in this case fell well below a basic professional standard. When legal support is slow, unclear or inconsistent, it creates real financial and emotional consequences, and that was certainly the case here.
With complete candour, I would not feel comfortable recommending Judge & Priestley to anyone involved in a property transaction. Based on this experience, I would advise others to proceed with caution.
Disappointing experience poor communication and delays.
I would not recommend this service. We experienced repeated delays and a complete lack of communication during house purchase, despite there being no chain involved. The process was far more stressful than it needed to be.
I moved into my flat on 14th December. Judge and Priestly paid my service charge to the incorrect company. It’s now 6 months later and despite me chasing numerous times it still hasn’t been resolved! Now having sent another email to chase this up I have been told by the company that they “don’t want to insult my intelligence”!!
Wouldn't recommend this company unless you’re looking for basic incompetence and to be insulted.
Took 3 years from grant of probate to disbursement of funds from my mother's will which was a very simple estate then took another month more due to miscalculation on tax without even apologising. If I could give zero stars I would!
