Worst customer service ever
Own few Julbo products, very satisfied with them. Recently I tried to order a spare part for my broken glasses and it's been a horror. Chat conversation lasted like few hours because I had to wait 30-40mins for single answers, then I paid for the part and it's been 3 weeks and I still haven't received it. But they sent me an e-mail with another transaction link to pay for the spare part I paid already. So it turned out they haven't sent it yet? It's nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone who can tell me what's going on, where's my part, where did my money go? Such a big company, shame!

The package was delivered quickly
The package was delivered quickly, after only a week (from France to Denmark). I didn't receive a confirmation of my order by email automatically, which was a bit annoying, but when I contacted their customer service, Julbo sent it to me.

Best photochromic glasses in class
I was looking for a photochromic pair of glasses and read online that Julbo were the ones to watch. I must say, I fully agree with the online reviews. Really great quality, quick service and best in class glasses!

Bought a pair of Julbo Camino M glasses…
Bought a pair of Julbo Camino M glasses for skiing about a year ago, through Glisshop. Thought I'd splash out on pricey glasses as it had been a few years since I'd got myself anything new for skiing. 54 quid later I eventually received them in the post, not realising it was by snail mail from France. Used them on last year's trip and kept the soft pouch and case to keep them safe since getting back. Opening them up 11 months later to prep for this year's trip and one of the lenses outer coating is bubbling off in a large area. So having to replace them after a single ski trip. Going cheaper this time, they'll probably last longer.

EDGE REACTIV after less then 6 months
Less then six months ago I bought an EDGE REACTIV 0-3. And I must say that it's a total downshift after AEROSPEED REACTIV 0-3.
1. The main reason of such low rating is a new glasses construction. Due to this construction after six month the lense have scratches everywhere it touches the frame.
2. The second reason is anti fog coating. it's almost impossible to wipe glasses back to like new condition.
3. The last one - spare parts. Julbo made a new version of Edge with similar design and deleted info for previous sunglasses and lenses
