Horrible shop, extremely poor quality and customer service. I ordered two pair of shoes, send them back to China because they looked so bad, and never got my money back. These people pretend to have good quality products, but it’s all fake.

This company is just a fraud. Ordered shoes, after 14 still were not shipped.
Contacted their customer support that just gave automated responses that didn’t even answered my questions. I asked to cancel my order, they offered a gift card to their website instead of a refund however I insisted to get the money back. After 21 days, nothing received. They claimed they had “an Issue with the financial system” and honestly they just gave ridiculous responses.

Luckily I payed with paypal, that processed a refund 2 days after I contacted them.
Never order from this site.

items were completely different from the ones i've ordered.
Material is ridiculous. they look just the same color but no way! THEY ARE NOT THE ONE YOU SEE IN PICTURES , NOT AT ALL!!!
they don't give you a complete refund. Over 60 euros they will give me back (maybe) just 8 euros OR otherwise 15 euros if I accept a coupon back on their website ( which you would never want to because you realize is terrible and fake). don't buy anything!! it s terrible

I am giving one star because i cannot give none. One order came in 3 packages, one of them completely Broken, and after 2 months another one was missing. They didn't answer my questions, they didn't pay for the returning costs all the way to China, about 70€, and i had to return almost everything, I kept just one thing out of 9. After two months from the returning I hadn't received my money back. Because I had paid by PayPal I got my money back thanks to them. And Julsia didn't let me write any reviews on their site. Scam, bad quality, no customer service, a shame. Scam, scam, scam.

If i could I wouldn't leave any stars. My complaint is the same as those listed below. Item is NOTHING as posted in their photos. When I requested a return they offered me about $15 for the $60 I spent claiming that it would cost me too much money to ship back. I chose to ship back and I have the tracking confirming receipt of return on 02/25/2019. They advised it takes 15 - 20 days to process a refund which is BS to begin with...but I waited anyway. It is now 7 weeks later and still nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!

DO NOT buy from this company. I was lured in by a nice photo on Instagram. I received a product that was nothing like the one advertised. They offered me a $13 refund for a $50 pair of boots. I decided to post them back, using local services as they advise. They then said they can not provide a refund as they can not track the product. Surely when it arrives that’s when they refund? A friend pointed out to me that the product advertised was a Dr Marten boot! Don’t buy from them you will get lots of lovely emails then receive cheap products from China.

This company is a fraud!

I ordered two pairs of boots and they look nothing like the picture shown online. They stated I had to return the boots and pay for the postage in order for me to receive my $83 refund. I have emailed them numerous times and have copied that they did receive the returned products via package tracker. This is what they keep telling me:

“Regarding your order , we have pushed the relevant colleague to speed up the process and we promise that you will receive your refund, and we will be here all the time to follow up your refund till you receive it.”

I still have NOT received my refund and it has been TWO MONTHS!!!

Bought a pair of boots, they arrived 2 months later. Didn't look anything like the picture. So I returned. It's been 2 months and I'm getting templated emails claiming the package hasn't been received but I sent registered mail and see that it's being held at China Customs waiting to be claimed. BS business. Don't waste your money.

Absolutely disgusted service! I purchased two coats...both totally different than the pictures and with a poor quality. I'm still waiting for the refund...since 3 months ago!

Terrible. Took 3 months to ship the WRONG boots!!.
Cheap looking boots , wrong color, terrible leather, cheap soles.
back and forth mail exchange that was useless.
Asked to return but they said I pay for shipping and needs to arrive in Asia in their location within 30 days. No way would I have used normal post and the boots would arrive in 30 days. And if i used fast post...I would be paying like half the cost of the boots themselves.
They finally said they would return half the amount of the boots to my account and I can just keep the boots.
Until now..2 months later..and no money refunded to my account and again with exchange of useless back and forth mails.
Rip offs..scammers,thieves. DO NOT BUY!

If I could rate Julsia zero stars I would. Not only did it take three months for my order to arrive the items that showed up weren’t even close to the images advertised online. I thought I was getting a beautiful embroidered coat - it was a cheap nylon thing with a print on it that didn’t even replicate the one on the advertised photo. I couldn’t believe it. And then a beautiful grey wool coat with great lining and pockets turned out to be a Cheap poleyester jacket poorly sewn, and in peach. Seriously DO NOT buy from Julsia - also BEWARE vavaspace is the same company and they all dispatch out of orderplus.

Hi guys! So I ordered my shoes two and half months ago and finally got them! So long!!! I was thinking they are scammers... They were comunicating with me through email when I wrote that I'm waiting forever for my tracking number or any proof that they are legit. So they responded that now is bad season and they don't have the shoes but will send them as soon as they have them. Ok... I was reading some comments here that the bank called them and they had to block their credit cards. Mine didn't call me but I've noticed one weird transaction I didn't make on my debit card from company I don't know and my bank comfirmed that they had my card details. So maybe they sell the card details they have? I don't know. But this is the only shady/suspicious store that I was buying thing from. So I blocked my card anyway. And finally the shoes are pretty and I love them. Not sure about the quality but definitely NOT worth the price (45$ each)!!! I just wanted to share my experience with you guys.

Very bad experience, I ordered a size 37 and they sent me a size 38. They now say that I have to pay for the return myself, while its their fault... or they want to give a giftvoucher of 12 USD while I paid 40USD for the shoes. So very disappointed!!
