I ordered 2 ferns, packaging was very low quality. 1 of the ferns arrived dried and dead, the other slightly burned. They acknowledged their subpar packaging, then refunded the dead fern, but nothing from the shipping costs, which was half my expense. Due to the high shipping costs they decided not to resend the dead fern. I would not order from them again.

Nice plants arrived well in good packaging. No problem with them travelling to Sweden in Mars. Good customer service when I needed to change my order before it was sent.

I have ordered four times from the Jungle Leaves webshop (international shipment). The plants were in more or less good condition. The shop has a great diversity of uncommon and rare species and hybrids listed for sale but often they are out of stock for months on end. As a customer you have to be quick to order as the stock is limited.

Just received some on plants from them today. First time ordering from them. I thought they were a trusted shop but the quality of the product was disappointing. One plant came with yellow marks and the other totally droopy and I don’t know if she will make it. The packaging was wobbly. Lack of care in their service overall. I won’t be ordering from them again

Already ordered a few plants there and they were always well packed and in good condition, they're also quite fast which is a plus :) I'm surely going to buy often from this place, just make sure you quarantine the plants when they arrive to make sure they're completely free of pests

10 out of 10! My lamp arrived with a damaged part of the light (because of the mailservice) and the jungle leaves store service acted realy friendly and helped me to exchange the broken one.
