We have been getting our food from jungle grill for a mega long time we luv the platters. Recently after their closure and reopening we've not been able to get an order delivered no matter who we try with. Uber, just eat and their own web site. been declined every time even tho they are supposed to be open.
phone rings out either buttoned or no answer, last driver we saw prob 6 weeks ago, said they were leaving just eat to swap to Uber. we've used Uber but no difference.
We've had to wait nearly a week for refunds when orders have been refused. we only live a mile and a half away, but have no transport ourselves.
What the hell is going on Jungle grill.
Has anyone else had issues thanks.

Food is good no doubt but enviorment is not friendly.
They talk loud in bad manners, they abuse each other very loud. Family and kids gets embarrassed sitting there.
i hope you thay will take oppsitive action.

I love Junglegrill, it is so convenient and delicious and saves me so much time! Most of the packing materials can be recycled, I prefer junglegrill because I find the seasoning blends to be just perfect to my taste. I have been getting this service for over a year now and the variety of meals to choose from is amazing, so getting bored of my own cooking is a thing of the past.

Excellent. Lots of heathy options and something for everyone. Meatlover or vegetarian alike. Delicious and if you do not like it as much, you made the wrong choice so blame yourself. I’ve been recommending it to a quite a few friends who now are starting using good food as well keep it up.
