Missing item
I have been waiting to receive an item for almost 2 months already. I have contacted their costumer service and the only answer they give me is that the item has been dispatched but they can not provide any tracking number. They claim it’s my fault, because I chose standard delivery, so It’s on me to find it.

Dear Customer, thank you for feedback. I am sorry you have not received your order. Although this was sent via postal service that is not trackable during transit, all parcels have a barcode reference number that is used by the postal service and customers to follow the journey. I can see that this parcel was returned to us with a sticker from the Spanish post saying unclaimed and that we have since provided a refund. Best regards Juno
