STAY WELL CLEAR!! I wish I searched their name on Google before buying a Vauxhall insignia Tesla screen. If I had I wouldn't have bought it. There reviews seem good on eBay which is what tricked me but don’t fall for it. The screen complete stopped working. The screen light up as you could see a blue background so the power was there and working but there was no display! Bear in mind this is only 6/7 months after purchasing and it even says a 1 year warranty on their page, don’t be fooled by this either. Once you’re past the 30 days you’re screwed. I contacted fantasticnavs about these problems, first they claims I didn’t even buy it from them when I gave them the order number even though I contacted them through the sale message it’s self. Once proof was instantly sent, with the order number, company number and what it was, I have been completely ignored for over 3 weeks now. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE I AM NOW £300 down

I purchased a product from this seller that became defective after a few months. Instead of providing proper support under the warranty, they repeatedly demanded that I pay for return shipping and perform unreasonable tasks, such as disassembling the product myself. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, they refused to comply with their legal obligations under French consumer law.

Their customer service is slow, unhelpful, and unprofessional. If you value your time and money, I strongly advise against buying from this seller. They do not honor warranties and will waste your time with endless excuses. Avoid at all costs!

Bad bad bad. No customer service and ignorance. Run away.

Poor radio reception seller messes you about I've just started an eBay return as I'm within the 30 days timescale, the radio is terrible works fine outside the house go 5 miles and just hisses and cuts in and out avoid this company at all costs

The products have a lot of software problems. The support is absolutely useless. Except for the fact that they use an absolutely basic level of English, often from their expressions you do not understand what they want to say.
The software from their headunits is very buggy and they don't even understand what the problems you are reporting to them. To fix the problems... forget it.

I have bought 2 products from them, both for VW cars, with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, one with 7" screen and another with 9" screen.
Both of them are junk and they should not be allowed to sell the items in Europe.

I tried to figure some solutions with their tech support, I am asking something, they are answering tottaly different things.

Worst company to use ever! Ordered navigation thru ebay seller called fantasticnavs and then issues started. First had issues with cable and canbus which i had to order separate and pay extra. Then that canbus was not for that soecific vehicle and the camera never started working after a few days of communicating with seller and them trying to go around so time goes then we never went to solution about that. Then after a few days of working the navigation screen stopped working and when i emailed them they sent me some silly file to upload to navigation which they said should fix the issue. All that chatting and going up and down time passes and they know that which is the reason for playing around and once you ask for replacement or refund then ebay says that they cannot refund the money because 30 days are gone. Seller stopped replying and now end up with 300£ to the bin. Will be contacting citizens Advise. Absolute joke seller and rubbish items from this company! Do not buy unless you want trouble!

I have ordered a radio and frame for Peugeot 208 and I have only recieved the frame. Junsun refuses to give me a refund. First, they told me to wait, everything would be fine. But now it is to late to ask my money back from the logistics company as the 7 days to file a complaint have passed. They did that on purpose. I would not buy here again.

I contacted the seller regarding a defective product.
The seller was made aware that there is an issue with the CANmodule (from the package that I've ordered) and he's unwilling to send me a replacement for the defective one. They, even had the audacity to ask me to buy a new one from them! Watch out, they are sending requests to review the product with promises to give you free stuff and then they will not give you that gift. You need to buy another thing and then maby they will send it. No Support for defective products!

Car radio broken after a few months, does not start up. The product page says the replace the product within 1 year if it breaks, but they don't. Have to pay 55% again! They only respond once a day, so after a question, you have to wait another day for the next answer. They keep avoiding questions regarding the promiss on their product description.

Do not order here!!

I have just bought a junsun v1 pro android 10 inch, the unit is just a piece of Trash, the features of the unit are not the same as shown on thier videos. When It comes to setup and programing it is a waste of time and money. Whoever is trying to get the unit save your money buy another brand, because It consumes the battery. Setting it up over and over again it's just a rubbish of an android unit.

Stay away from this junk stereo they sell faulty products now they are asking me to send stereo to china to fix it

Orderd an junsun V1pro.
But got a box whit only mounting set and gift set.

Seller doesn’t seems to wanna fix the problem. Need to keep on showing the pictures and video over and over. When I ask something seems that they don’t know…
But the thing that is in every message is that they are to be trusted and find a solution but there is no progress.

Never buy there again! So be warned

The absolute worst purchase of my life stay away
I bought a head unit from them a couple of months ago and have had issues from the moment I received it ,
I have complained to them about my air conditioning not displaying any information and the responses I get are like talking to a brick wall with the same message over and over.
They also sent me a replacement face plate saying it would fix my problem and I received a broken plate that did not even have the correct connection in the back
It’s been two months and now all I get is the same message to be patient the are looking for a solution 400$ wasted and I doubt it will ever work

They say 24x7 service, its not true. They keep sending the same spam instead of answering.

The products are sub quality, the manual is for another outgone products, so it does not work.

The cables are not plug and play, wiring is wrong.

Saids includes Carplay and Android Auto, they want to you pay extra.

It is terrible how bad they are.
