This is the most terrible service ever!

This is the most terrible service ever!

I made an order and was checking the delivery time in app. Courier made a call several times 40 mins before shown delivery time, at that moment I was feeding my baby and missed the calls. I called back in 25 mins noone picked up. No package was on the doorstep, nothing! And then their customer service is telling me that thats my fault I had to pick up my phone. And that courier drop the package at the door step. We have very safe neighbourhood and this is not even the case for someone to touch stuff of other people. All in all the worrrrrstttt experience in my life!!!!!!

Their delivery times are absolutely…

Their delivery times are absolutely unacceptable . 25-45 minutes means 1,5 hours minimum (in this particular case we are 2 hours and counting). Never using them again.

Do you always have almost two hours to wait for your food? Me not.

Should take 25 to 45 to arrive. Took 1:30 hours, and it was absolutely impossible to change it. The virtual assistant does not connect to someone able to help you. Best is that I had to wait after the time I had to leave home, and rearrange my agenda accordingly to the worst food delivery system that I have never experience.

Horrible experience at just eat

Horrible experience at just eat. We ordered food and it hasn’t arrived for two hours. The restaurant where we ordered from said they waited but have to soon shut their door and can no longer send our food. So here we are waiting on a Friday night with empty stomach with hungry children! We had our weekend ruined because of just eat. It is best to order from uber eats!! They have always delivered best!

Told us to download the app and at your first you get the coupon and I thought to give it a chance and downloaded it and when I entered the coupon it's says it applied and deduct the total and then when I went to pay it says rejected they took all my information and now they don't reply
Be careful they stealing the the information and the data with these Ad I pretty sure that false advertising and it's illegal

This company doesn't even deserve the one star! I had to put it there to review!!! Stop ordering from them! I've ordered food two hours ago and it still says order reveived will be delivered in 35 mins!!! I called the restaurant and the food is ready and getting cold as no one has collected it!! I can't cancel the order. I can't speak to someone and I can't get a refund. I am outraged!!!! Never again!!! Thieves! Guessing I’m not eating tonight and I’ve lost my money!!!

Ordered my food at 9.40pm and at 10pm they cancelled it without explanation!!!!! I called and asked why and they said they couldn‘t find a driver. Unprofessional in my opinion. If you don‘t have the driver yet, don‘t accept the order.
Simple as that.

Horrible

Horrible. The food took way longer to get here than initially suggested. No way of contacting them. An AI Chatbot which keeps telling me to contact eat.ch, but cannot provide a number or email. I am still hungry, not sure if anything will arrive anytime soon. The last time I ordered here, I'd rather go hungry.

I ordered food from Rice Asian Kitchen…

I ordered food from Rice Asian Kitchen a week ago for 34 euros. It never arrived and since I paid for the food in advance using Twint, I wanted a refund. First I called Rice Asian Kitchen but was treated like subhumans. They said they waited outside my door for 30 minutes, which is a complete lie. I just wanted and still want my money back, for which I received NO VALUE. I contacted Just Eat directly and was told that since the driver couldn't find the apartment and couldn't reach me by phone, there would be no refund. I won't put up with such utter impudence.
