12 of my bottles did not sell in the June auction. No action appears to have been taken to re-list them in subsequent auctions, as has been the case in the past.
This is disappointing in view of the amount of business I have given JWA. Where are the unsold bottles?

Easily the easiest way to buy or sell whisky.

Well it all starts with a photo of what you want to sell or take into them to get an indication of what bottles like yours have gone for . If you like what you hear you can go ahead or not your choice . There is a 1 off fee If you go ahead they will help you with if you want a reserve where a bottle will not sell below that or not or no reserve and tell you all prices involved . If you like all that you can go ahead or not they do not put pressure on you . If you do they send you conformation of what was agreed and the bottle will be in the sale where you can see how it is going in the sale . After the sale you get confirmation of how your bottle went in the sale . if it was sold you will get your money in the bank account in about a week minus fees as agreed at the start

Very easy to deal with, friendly on the phone, proactive with suggestions, smooth admin, good prices and fast payout. It has a good website with your own login to manage all your past/current/future transactions, both selling and buying. Recommended.

I was very impressed by the advice and information given by Just Whiskey. This was a no fuss process with clear instructions and details of what would happen at the auction. My whiskey sold at auction and an invoice was delivered detailing all costs incurred. There were no surprises. My money was in my bank account within the time frame specified. all in all a good experience.

A very helpful, first class team, always arranges the collection of my bottles in a timely manner and notifies me when they arrive. I've used this company many times and their service is exemplary. Their fees are transparent and payments are made quickly after auctions have ended. Big shout out to all the guys!

Over the last 2 years I have bought and sold items with Just Whisky and I have to say that the experiences have been extremely positive especially the selling. JW make selling easy, you don't have to use a printer just good old-fashioned pen and paper will do. The team are helpful and professional, the photos and descriptions are good and they pay really quickly. As I write this I am packaging up another box of goodies to send for sale.

Excellent service from Just Whisky Auctions. I sold a bottle of whisky with them and the process was simple and very well explained. They whisky sold for a lot more than my reserve price so I was extremely happy. I choose them because they were local and this was my first experience of selling whisky. Just Whisky is a superb company. The range of (mainly) whiskies and related items for auction is extensive. Their excellent site make the whole experience of browsing, watching and bidding for items easy and enjoyable. Option of winning items being delivered/shipped or collected in person.
I have won one item in each of last two monthly auctions. The first I collected a bottle - very helpful and friendly service, bottle bubble wrapped super fast. The second was a t-shirt won for less than £10 which they have posted. Even though small order they took the trouble of finding a cheaper alternative than the usual courier where shipping prices are determined by weight of bottle(s). Highly recommended auction site and service

July was my first ever taste of selling on this auction and WOW! what a positive experience. All the Staff at Just Whisky Auctions [JWA] were brilliant and let me shaow how:

My initial email was about 'how do I go about selling on this auction?
The response, as easy as could be from advice and guidance to how to send parcels etc
From this stage , it was made so easy that in my view, any one can do it - of course if they have whisky to sell.
I followed the instructions on packing my bottles safely
I got emails and text messages to say when my boxes will be collected by dpd
I could track and knew exactly when the boxes had arrived
I logged onto the Auction site and saw the progress , in particular on how my bottles were going
I got notification post auction on how each of my 23 items were worth and sold for.
I received a final notification of items sold/commission etc and how much I wold be receiving and
Within 3 to 4 days, the money was in my bank
My initial inquiry was on the 2nd of June and decided to sell in the July's Auction rather than June's as I was not ready.
The whole process took less than 6 weeks and throughout this process the support was tremendous from all staff, especially Graham and Yuri but others too (sorry forgot names) at JWA- Email replies were quick and easy to understand and if I phoned, I received positive and expert responses always with courtesy and professionalism
I have no hesitation in recommending JWA to anyone wishing to auction ..
