Used for the first time to pick up my elderly father from Bristol airport. Driver was a couple of minutes late but this wasn't a problem as the airport staff spoke with him. Would use the service again.

Great service, good value back and forth to Bristol airport, and accommodating for 6 people. Service was bang on time on the way out, but a little late picking up on the return journey (due to diversions being pit in place). The website is super easy to use for booking, and the info you get emailed/texted on the driver details is much appreciated (this is provided around 4 hours before the scheduled pick up). Would definitely use again.

Had to pay an additional £10 because my flight was delayed even though the website says no flight delay charges and had to guide the driver to the final destination

The driver was exactly on time, the vehicle was clean and stylish and the drive was smooth and comfortable. The driver was very helpful with our bags as well.

Excellent service as usual. I have used Just Airport Cardiff for the second time and have been completely satisfied with their service. You get the name of the driver and the car make and registration number both ways. The driver is perfectly on time and our delayed flight was monitored and the car arrived accordingly at the delyed arrival time. I have no hesitation in recommending Just Airport Cardiff for your airport transfers.

Absolutely excellent service, and possibly the cheapest transfer I could find. I booked it on the morning of travel, got a far superior vehicle to what was expected. The driver was superb and arrived bang on time. Cannot recommend this company enough.
