They charged me $70.00 for a membership and could not fix my problem
I called HP because to help with a printer problem, CSR said a technician would help me. I did not realize they were transfering me to an another company. The technician was unable to solve my problem he said it was probably an Apple OS problem and I should contact them. A few days later I found out I had been charged $70.00 for a new membership. I complained to Discover and they could do nothing, Just Answer did cancel my membership but it still cost me $70.00 to have nothing accomplished.
