First thing they delivered wrong cake, second thing it was Stale old cake, which they delivered us,we could feel the stickiness on the top layer. very disappointed, pathetic service, never place online order for just bake near mylsandra, global village back gate.

I ordered a cake , it was not delivered but I received a message saying your order has been delivered. I sent them mail, received no response. I called them, no response. It's completely a scam.be careful when you place order.

I have ordered cake last night and delivery time they have mentioned is between 9pm to 10pm. I have waited for the order or call till 12am. But I haven't received my order neither got a call from them. When I call back, getting a message as "no one is available to take calls". Guys I'm telling you, they are just stealing money from ppl. Do not ever order from just bake. There are lot of companies who give their best. You can try from them. It's just a fake company

Worst brand, worst cake, worst experience, in all shops,
People they hire are don't no even basic English also and they don't no proper hindi, and bad smell on them, just bake hire the people who works in road side, chicken shop, etc, even I have a vedio also how they prepare the cake and how the place is, if once people see that no one will like buy the cake.....

Just bake always creates a serious prob while online delivery.
I had ordered 7 items including a bday cake on 13th October 2025 for my dad's bday on 25th October 2025 - since i was going to be out of town in the interim period.
I paid online.
Did not get the item id.
Came back in 23rd and came just bake. No answer for 3 calls.
Wen I watsapped then they have delayed vague replies, the gist of which was tht there was a computer glitch so MONEY WAS TAKEN BUT ORDER NOT CONFIRMED TO THE CUSTOMER, ME!!!!
Finally after a lot of back and forth, i recd an order ID.
25th came, no cake, no items.
So called them. This time I got answers and cake was delivered. With 2 items costing 400rs missing!!

I have yet to get a response or refund from them for tht!!

Most horrible company!! Even roadside dhabas give better service!!

I have placed an paid online order for a cake with delivery for 13th Sep'25. No calls, no delivery received, no refund till today. No response to the emails as well.

I placed an order for a cake with delivery for Aug 25th at 1400-1600, I made the payment online. The delivery did not happen, my brother had to call them to check the statusof the order at 2130. After calling them they had different excuses that they didn't have the flavor. They ended up sending 2 different cakes with 2 different flavors at 2200. This is the second Incident. Atleast they should have taken the initiative to call and let the receiver know. This is very heartbreaking.

I had placed an order for a 1 kg cake on 22nd July evening. I had placed the order online. The cake was supposed to be delivered on the same day before 8 pm. The just bake people did not give the proper address to the delivery person. The delivery person kept saying he can't locate the address and went back. The cake was not delivered at all. Now the number from where they used to call to confirm the people are saying since the order was placed online they can't help and i need to call the online people. There's no number to call and register a complaint. There's only a WhatsApp number. I have sent multiple messages but no one is even reading it. These people are frauds who usurp people's money and cheat them in the name of online purchase. Beware of them. These unprofessional, uncouth people are waiting to cheat you.

Delay in delivery. Not responsive. Forget about customer care . No one responds.

Most horrible texture of cake which i ordered for my son's birthday. I informed the staff at jusbake kothanur the next day and told her to taste the cake and she confirm that cake was very dry and had sandy texture. I expected the girl to understand how emotional i was not to have a good cake on my son's birthday but I served a terrible cake to my guest. she rather had her own explanation saying that we have to inform within 12hrs and can't do anything about it. Pathetic cake and staff.

Today I had purchased black forest cake for my parents anniversary from carmelaram just bake cake shop.
The quality is really bad. The shopkeeper gave me the old stock as the whole family could make out the sticky white colour cream coming like a layer sticking to the cutlery.
A very bad experience I had today with your worst service.
I ask all my friends neighbours and relatives to never and ever to buy or order cakes from here.

I recently placed an order for a birthday cake for my wife through their website and made a payment of ₹1,645. However, after the transaction was completed, the website redirected me back to the homepage without any confirmation or way to track my order. I immediately contacted their customer support and provided all necessary evidence, including a valid screenshot of the payment. Unfortunately, their response was shockingly unprofessional and dismissive. They were not ready to reply on proper manner but also refused to acknowledge my request for a refund. The entire experience felt deceptive, and it appears their only interest is in collecting payments without any accountability.
Never order from them in future.

⚠️ Very Disappointed with Just Bake – Abbigere Branch | Poor Service & Unprofessional Behaviour
I had ordered a customized cake for my mother’s 60th birthday celebration from Just Bake – Abbigere branch. The order was placed well in advance, and Mr. Pavan from the branch confirmed that the cake would be ready by 5:00 PM on 10th May 2025. Payment was made upfront without any delay.

However, the entire experience turned into a nightmare on the day of the celebration.
At 5:00 PM, when I arrived to collect the cake, Mr. Pavan casually informed me that the cake would be ready by 6:00 PM instead. I politely reminded him that all guests had already arrived and we were waiting just for the cake-cutting.

By 6:00 PM, the cake was still not ready. When I expressed concern, he rudely and arrogantly replied, “Wait till it’s ready, otherwise leave. We’re not bothered—do whatever you want.”
Such an unprofessional and disrespectful attitude is completely unacceptable, especially on such an important occasion.

I immediately contacted Just Bake customer care, hoping they would help resolve the issue—but shockingly, they too refused to take any responsibility and bluntly said, “Handle it yourself.”

Finally, the cake was delivered at 8:30 PM—after all the guests had already left. The purpose of the celebration was completely ruined because of Just Bake’s careless attitude and broken promises.

🚫 I strongly advise everyone NOT to trust Just Bake or their Abbigere franchise.
If you truly care about your special occasion, please support your local bakeries—they are far more professional, committed, and value their customers.

Don't order cake from them. They don't have common sense. "I had ordered a Canadian Blueberry cake for my husband's birthday, but at the last moment, the person from JustBake informed me that the cake was broken and asked if he could provide a different one. I had requested the cake to be delivered at 11 PM, but it was delivered at 4 PM instead.

Rotten fruit, live worms, and zero accountability. That's what you'll get at Just Bake .
The shop owner and regional manager refused to take responsibility for their disgusting fruit cake.
Cake condition was rotten ,was infected with Live worms

Order not delivered at all, no status update . Trying to contact support phone no one is responding. The order was for Bangalore

I booked a cake (JBWSD 00201956) on 30/1/25 as a surprise for a dear one. Specific time was given 1600 to 1800 hours. Delivery on 31/1/25.
When there was no delivery by 1810 hours I called the numbers givenb10 times (9392420975, 8970010111).
On pretext of checking, both persons cut off the call and did not respond.
I was embarrassed and had to make alternative arrangements. I went to a just bake shop listed at Uppal. It was closed. I had to book a nearby cake shop.
At 2100 hours I got a call that the cake is ready for delivery. The party was over and the sheer arrogance of not respecting time was insult to the injury of not delivering on time and cutting off the calls of the customer care.
The cake may be the best in India.
But it is of no use, if timeliness and customer desires are not maintained.

I ordered cake in gareavipalya for my son1st year birthday, cake was really worst,,, spent 3k,, whole party gt spoilede bec of dis cake.. very bad,,, later when i gave cake to shop keeper for sample no action also.. very very worst......i could like to give zero rating...

Giving rating one is also not worth. Just bake is just a worst experience of choice. Dont ever think of it to buy online cake with these people. I ordered a cake today as a token of surprise ( Hello, Your order JBWED00189852 is ready. For any queries, kindly call 7259324650, Just Bake) asked them to dleiver between 4pm to 8pm, but still they were sitting without processing unless i called the above given number. When i called the above number the person was so arrogant with unparliamentary words (i have recorded that voice note as well )and asked me to check with online team only and did not reveal his name. When i aksed him about to deliver, he said he does not have address nothing, but just bake took all details and took payment as well charged extra for delivery as well. Still my issue is not resolved nor none of the support team helping on this order. It looks like indirect scam taking order and not delivering. I suggest just bake as not to be considered for any occasion where you to want to celebrate with happiness, these guys are frauds. They play with your feelings and money. Still i havent got any response or support from just bake.
