Avoid — cancelled my order, kept my €215 and then ignored every email
I would strongly caution anyone, particularly international customers, against ordering from JustBrazil.
I placed an order for €215 on 15 August 2026. On 19 August, JustBrazil contacted me to say that the item was unavailable and cancelled the order themselves. Their system subsequently marked the transaction as “refunded.”
It is now 29 September — more than six weeks later — and I have still not received a cent of my €215.
What makes this considerably worse is the complete lack of customer service or accountability. I have sent repeated emails requesting my money back. I gave them a clear final deadline. I then formally escalated the matter and copied the relevant Greek consumer protection authorities into the correspondence. JustBrazil has not even had the courtesy to respond.
To be clear: this is not a dispute about a return, the condition of an item or whether I qualify for a refund. JustBrazil cancelled an order because they could not supply the product, told me it had been refunded, and more than six weeks later still has my money.
This is exactly the type of experience that destroys confidence in cross-border shopping. Consumers need to know that when they purchase from a retailer in another country, basic commercial and consumer-protection obligations will be respected. Having to chase repeatedly, escalate to consumer authorities and consider a card dispute simply to recover money for goods the retailer never supplied is unacceptable.
