Excellent service

Ordered a crystal tankard for our Sons 21st birthday. Easy to use website and engraved beautifully. Arrived 24 hours later as promised. Excellent company would recommend

Well intentioned, just poorly executed

Ordered an engraved tumbler as a last-minute gift because of the super speedy turnaround time. Unfortunately the parcel never arrived, despite being dispatched by justengraved. Was offered a replacement, but never got confirmation that this would be dispatched.
After several emails and a couple of months chasing this up, I was eventually able to receive a full refund easily. Pleasant (but very sparse) customer service from Martin, but more contact would have been appreciated, along with some kind of explanation/apology/acknowledgement.

Great service

I ordered 3 personalised whisky glasses and I have to say im very happy the engraving is very clear and sharp which surprised me.

not a very happy customer

Although I have now been refunded for my order which I made 3 weeks ago, I was told by email id recive my item which was an engraved dog tag at the end of the week I bought them. They still have not came even when I was told they were "dispatched". Thought this was an amazing site which wasnt too expensive so I rushed into buying them without looking at reviews. Im pleased that they kept in contact with me about my order by email and answered all emails I had sent. this was the only good thing about this site

Over two months waiting for order. No refund and no response.

Basically I placed and order for cufflinks and have received nothing, no refund and can get no response from the company.
Absolutely shocking. My advice is do not place any order unless you are prepared to lose the money. Certainly do not order anything for that special occasion as I did.

Failed to meet promise + Refund taking over 3 weeks to be initiated

I ordered some cufflinks for my husband which were a wedding day gift.

Before ordering I spoke to an advisor "Martin" and made him aware of the importance of them arriving before the wedding and checking they had availability etc. Martin confirmed that there was nothing to worry and the item would arrive on time.

The day before the wedding, no sign. So I contacted them and was told the item hadn't been processed yet. I forwarded the communication I had had with them, whereby I told them the importance of them arriving on time and received no apology. I felt let down that they hadn't even contacted me to let me know they wouldn't fulfil. Anyway, they promised a refund, so I went to Ernest Jones the day before my wedding to ensure my fiance had cufflinks for our big day.

Three weeks later, no refund has been received. I contacted them twice so far. The first time I was completely ignored (no reply to my email after a 8 day period) and the second time I was promised a refund would be processed today (which was yesterday) and I would receive a refund to confirm that this has been processed (which I haven't received).

This company is a complete disappointment - firstly for not fulfilling their promise, secondly for not apologising and thirdly for not having refunded my money would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere.
