I do not recommend it at all, it is a scam, it sells you a VIP membership that does not give any benefits, they make you believe that you have a credit but in the end you have to spend it on the products that they say. Never again and I certainly do not recommend it to anyone, not even to my worst enemy.
Ich empfehle es überhaupt nicht, es ist ein Betrug, es verkauft Ihnen eine VIP-Mitgliedschaft, die keine Vorteile bringt, sie lassen Sie glauben, dass Sie einen Kredit haben, aber am Ende müssen Sie ihn für die Produkte ausgeben, die sie sagen . Nie wieder und ich empfehle es sicherlich niemandem, nicht einmal meinem schlimmsten Feind.

Bad Customer Service
Two months in a row I was charged the monthly amount as I did not get the information that the new boutique is available.
I have contacted the customer service several times - through E-mail as well as over the phone - and always got the same reply.
I had the same issue already in the past and it was no problem to just charge back the charged amount. But it seems that they do not care about their customers anymore.

As a little help so that you don't forget to skip, we send you every 1st and 4th of the month a little reminder to skip the month. Please look for it also in your spam folder.
If you have accidentally turned your newsletter off, we would be more than happy to turn it back on for you, just contact us via social media (Facebook or Instagram).
It might also help if you make a serial appointment on your cellphone in addition to our reminder email. That way you would certainly not forget to skip.
But of course, your credits don't expire and can be used after a couple of months or even years, so you can shop without any stress.
