Excellent service and communication.

had a fantastic trip May '18 - both guides were excellent in Moscow and St P. 100% recommend anyone to book with Go Russia.

I had a nice trip that was arranged by GoRussia. This was several years ago. The accommodations were about average. I had expected better. The biggest disappointment was I paid first class prices for the train trip and on the longest segment I was put in coach. It was very bad.

Excellent tour - Brilliantly organised throughout. Tour guides even helped us with visits to museums not in the programme by dropping us off at suitable metro stations on the way back from trips. Don't miss the space museum in Moscow or the excellent, new railway museum in St. Petersburg.

So simple and easy. We were travelling Europe for 6mths and wanted to go to St Petersburg. Couldn't get a visa as we needed our passports to travel. Go Russia solved everything for us and we have a fabulous few days in Russia. Excellent guide and lovely central hotel. Didn't know what to expect but Go Russia exceeded our expectations.

We are impressed with Go Russia meticulous, comprehensive & detailed planning for Private Package Tours. The Itineraries are all well planned, catering to our needs & "value added" with good info & proposals of "must see & visit places". Go Russia personnel are very courteous, pro-active & with initiative.

Trip organisation was excellent and everything ran smoothly throughout. Instructions for things like visas were clear and easy to follow. Would definitely use again.

We were delighted with Go Russia overall. The customer service was excellent, we liked the fact that most excursions were included in the overall price. The food on board the ship was good without being exceptional. Our cabin was perfectly adequate but not luxurious. On all-day tours lunch was provided in good hotels.Our Hostess spoke excellent English and was extremely helpful.

Excellent attentive service. Nothing was too much trouble to ensure our journey was thoroughly enjoyable. Good selection of accommodation and much appreciated assistance in the completion of Travel Visas and other documents.

Holiday also worked out to be cheaper and better value than that offered by a well know travel competitor which some friends used for the same tour.

My daughter and I were delighted with every aspect of our trip with Go Russia. We had an absolutely wonderful time, and have no hesitation in recommending the company.

We used Go Russia for their organised tour to Moscow and St Petersburg in Feb/March 2020 and found their organisation and attention to detail first class. Their website is so user friendly and they made the daunting process of obtaining visa's so easy - even to the extent of meeting you in person at the consulate to ensure smooth progress. They accommodated changes to the schedule to suit our requirements, hotels were superb, travel arrangements went to plan and our guides were superb. I booked with Go Russia from Australia after searching the internet for a company that ran small group tours over the winter months. I felt a little nervous booking with a company based overseas, however from the first contact I found them responsive and professional. Every aspect of our tour was seamless from the moment we were met by our driver at the Moscow airport. The tour guides were friendly, informative and helpful, building our confidence to explore on our own. The places we visited and the memories we made were unforgettable. I would love to visit Russia again and would absolutely re-book with Go Russia.

Superb service from start to finish - always there for us at every step. We were met from the trains on time, delivered back to them without fuss or waiting too long. Hotels were superb and the guides fantastic. We always felt safe and cared for.

It was more than two years ago that I took the Trans Mongolian trip with Go russia- never heard of them but... it was excellent. Excellent help with making the booking, the trip itself was just fabulous with excellent organization t all local points - all 3000 Kms from Moscow to Beijing. Was going to book another trip with Go Russia for 2020, but then Corona happened! Hopefully...
