I walked into Just Jeans North Lakes for a quick look at some Levi’s jeans for my son. Although they didn’t have the 516 in his size, Mandy quickly pivoted and suggested the 514, confidently guiding me on sizing and fit. She also introduced me to the new stone colour, which I ended up purchasing.
While assisting me, she noticed I was wearing the navy Girlfriend Shorts and asked if I had seen the new cinnamon colour. Of course, I hadn’t — and thanks to her enthusiasm and product knowledge, I purchased those as well!
Mandy clearly loves her job. Her friendly, proactive approach and genuine passion made the whole experience enjoyable and effortless. She’s a real asset to your team.

Bought the adjustable shorts, the snaps kept coming undone, useless!!!!!

I visited the Bendigo store on the 5/11/25 and was greeted straight away with a friendly smile and hello. They allowed me time to look around (which I really appreciated because there’s nothing worse than being pounced on as soon as you walk in the door). I asked the store person if they had Levi’s and of course they did but I was looking in the wrong spot. This lady knew her Levi’s too! There was a special on. Buy one get another 50% off! Perfect. The same deal at Jays Jays were I bought casual daily jeans but here I wanted going out jeans. The other colour I wanted wasn’t in stock so the lady looked it up and arranged for me to have them delivered to my home! Perfect!

I asked for her name which was Amanda. Then she asked for mine and introduced me to the store manager Mel. We had some to and fro light hearted banter. From go to woe, Amanda was very attentive to me. There was honest genuine feedback on the garments I chose too.

With my wonderful experience I had just received from another store and then walking into this store and experiencing the same experience was very overwhelming for me and I broke down. It was so embarrassing and in front of strangers. My life has been hell this year to the point that I don’t leave my house and question life itself. I purchase clothing online instead. But I really needed to try jeans on in person so outside I went!

Both Amanda and Mel were so comforting and me showed compassion and kindness. Keep being your authentic selves ladies. Love your work. Ps. Apparently my daughter is in there a lot and said yes mum they’re awesome! 🥰

What an absolute disgraceful customer service. Bought jeans online that arrived with a small hole i sent them back at my expense. They received back on 21st oct and i wanted an exchange pair. After ringing nz call centre which is in the Philippines and many emails later i finally got a refund on the 3rd nov. Couldnt exchange because they had none left in my size. Even contacted the auckland regional manager and didnt even have the decency to get back to me like he said he would. Dont deal with just jeans online its not worth you time

Be very careful when purchasing dresses from Just Jeans. I bought a dress and after one wash it shrunk! It was washed in cold water so no reason for it to shrink. If I had known that I would have not purchased the dress. They could have put a warning on the tag instead of inside the dress!

I have had better quality dresses from other stores; this company is turning into a fast fashion company.

Buyer beware.

So friendly & helpful instore. They go out of their way to help you find what you need. They often have great deals if you buy two pairs of jeans. Their selection is impressive in larger stores.
Buying online is a different story. Be aware that any returns shipping must be fully paid for and then expect to wait weeks for a refund. Make sure you send anything back with registered post just in case.

I was going to Just Jeans to buy a new pair of jeans and i had never gotten myself a pair before. i looked in the women’s section and new that i would be uncomfortable in women’s jeans so i went to the men’s section and was looking. then the worker comes over and tell me the women’s section is somewhere else. i then walked over to the women’s section and just browsed what they had. then i decided to try a few pairs on and the women there was saying that whatever jeans she gave me made me look fat. i have wide hips and big thighs so its hard for me to find the right size. i decided then that i wouldn't find the help that i needed so i left. i felt so insecure and anxious walking out of the store and i felt so down about myself. i went somewhere else and was able to find what i needed and had a better experience elsewhere.

I ordered a jacket online and it arrived the next day and was a perfect fit, highly recommended Just Jeans, so easy to buy online with a perfect outcome.

I was looking online got the sale price ordered. It have paid $10 for shipping. It’s taken over three weeks to get here when I could’ve walked three blocks down at the storefront and got it. I will never use her online service again terrible.

Terrible customer service, I returned items, paid for all with afterpay, I am getting a refund of $15, I paid $89 for my items, not happy, I sent back items they are happy to keep whilst I paid full price for. Never ever will I shop there again, Terrible customer service and no help whatsoever.
To top things off I returned denim skirts, ha I was refunded for the cheaper skirt and a top that I never returned, I am fuming

The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful I felt welcomed

Decades long reputation of selling quality clothing pieces is long down the drain...
Even their branded GAP & Guess brands seem to be a cheaper quality fabric & make then buying them brands direct from their websites or Myers ??fast fashion knockoffs??

Bought 5 GAP & Guess tops off this site within the last 5mth 2 shrunk, 1 discoloured around the neck just from sweat (used for the gym) and another the word logo peeled.

NEVER AGAIN, same quality as Shein now!!

I went to the Botany store this morning to exchange the suede trench coat that I bought online and it was too big.
Was not expecting to meet such lovely customer service from the store, forgot to ask her name but she's truly awesome!
She gave me so many options to exchange that made my life much easier. I can't thank you enough for this lovely lady!
I will absolutely continue to buy Just Jeans products.

Big shout out to Cathy at Just Jeans Clifford Gardens Store Toowoomba. Cathy knows her stuff knew exactly what jeans would work for me. On a Sunday not long ago I was in the Clifford Garden Store Cathy had just opened and there were several customers in store and there was an eftpos issue. Cathy handled it so well she explained to everyone she was having a technical issue and continued on in such a professional manner we all had a laugh together nobody got upset and Cathy gave each one of us perfect customer service. Come on guys give her a congratulations she does a fabulous job for your company. I will certainly be back to see Cathy.

Napier New Zealand Just Jeans shop has efficient staff who are interested in your purchase and friendly. Over the years I have bought many cotton items there. I particularly like the tops which have length and pretty colours. I used a Prezzie Card there on the last visit.

Shopping with Just Jeans is always a bad experience. I say always because we experienced it 2x. Both instances they told us about the same reason - IT Glitch, books to me like they do not allow bulk checkout. They cancelled all my orders at first and when they tried to re-order my items i was refunded half of it. It was a very unpleasant experience. Then John, from customer service, proceeded to tell me the reason for the refund is insufficient stock when i can technically checkout the same items all over again from their website. Bad trading experience i won't recommend. If they do not want to sell bulk to a customer, they should set a maximum purchase limit during checkout process. Apply IT controls so that the same customer cannot check out the same items after reaching the maximum purchase limit - just like how Amazon does it with some if its products.

The shopping experience at JustJeans shop in Devonport was out standing. The staff were great, couldn’t do enough to help although the shop was busy. The range is fantastic including 1/2 sizes. I went back the next day and got the same excellent service. Plus I received discounts that I was unaware off.
Won’t shop anywhere else in future.

Outstanding (!!) customer service from Sam at the St. Luke's store. Stopped in with an issue with one of the products (Lee Rider jeans) and, without hesitation, she suggested that they replace the jeans .... "can't have you walking around in one of our products that look like that."
I'll continue .... as I have for years ... to buy my jeans and related products there.

Just jeans denim materials are extremely low and very very inferior. If I can give a NEGATIVE review, I would have‼️ Stay away from Just jeans denim jeans. Most of the just jeans (10 jeans) I have are torn in very specific place like the left hand back pocket‼️

I wrote a review some 6 months ago and the company did not even tried contact me. Rubbish products that are not a reflection of good jeans‼️
