Great teaching platform where every teacher has an equal opportunity to sell him/herself. Very professional indeed. Should give prospect learners the comfort to join for their teachers select, dont see their role as a job but a calling instead. They will have their students interest best at heart.

JustLearn was the worst customer…
JustLearn was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. So disappointing as I was trying to learn the Somali language (Paid for an entire months worth of sessions) and my tutor didn’t show up for our first one! I asked for a refund and instead was told to use another tutor not only from Justin but from the support team as well! (The only other tutor spoke a different dialect of Somali I had no use for) this was completely unprofessional and had to ask them both AGAIN for a refund. Was told I’d hear back in 2 days but I had to message after 3 to see what happened. Justin finally told me I would be getting a refund within 5-10 business days. This is the worst and most unprofessional place to do business. Save your money. I do not recommend.

The platform performs poorly
I've experienced too many bugs and technical difficulties both with the site and with the app. The Support team doesn't respond promptly, it takes forever. I guess, they're a "wanna-be-italki", but it looks like there's still too long of a way for them to go to get there. Very poor execution at this stage.
