We only viewed a property through them. Every question I asked they answered quickly if not found out quickly. Lee who showed us around the property was nice and easy as well as professional making useful suggestions .
Sadly the property wasn’t for us .

Sale of my apartment
An excellent service with an friendly and helpful approach. I was fully informed by phone and email throughout the sale of my apartment. It was photographed well , inside and out and they found a suitable buyer within a few weeks. They also prompted my and the buyers solicitors over the complicated lease arrangements on the property.

Fantastic experience

I am a local contractor who completed…
I am a local contractor who completed work for Just Move Estates. While they were responsive during the initial stages of the job, things changed the moment payment became due. Despite completing all agreed work to a professional standard, they have refused to pay me.
When I tried to resolve the issue directly , including speaking with Sarah from their office . I was met with hostility. They quickly became rude and dismissive once the subject of payment was raised. Instead of addressing the matter professionally, they attempted to intimidate me with threats of legal action and said they would report me to Trading Standards, clearly in an effort to avoid paying what is fairly owed.
No contractor should be treated this way. It's unacceptable for a business to rely on tradespeople and then refuse to pay while resorting to bullying tactics to silence legitimate complaints.
Dont work for these guys!

We take all contractor relationships and payment matters very seriously. In this instance, following multiple concerns raised by our tenants regarding the conduct and quality of service provided, we carried out a thorough internal review. As a result, we no longer believe this individual is a legitimate or professional contractor, and the matter has been formally reported to Trading Standards for investigation, as well as the police.
We categorically deny any claims of intimidation or unfair treatment. Our team, including Sarah, remained professional throughout and simply followed our due diligence procedures to protect both our clients and tenants.
We will not be commenting further while this is being handled by the appropriate authorities.
