I had never used this company before - in fact had never heard of it - but the service was excellent. Extremely fast response to orders and E-Mails.
My only proviso is that the cost of standard delivery for the two very small parts I ordered (at £3.95) was excessive; first class mail would have been a lot cheaper. The price of the items however, was very low, and the overall cost therefore was competitive.

I purchased a number of sealey items from justoffbase which are of very good quality. the items arrived quickly, I have used this seller many times before and will continue to do so.

Fast, friendly, efficent service

I ordered an outside extension lead with weatherproof socket the most expensive one on offer. It seems to be high quality and I am pleased.

As I wanted to use it at the weekend I paid £5-99 for delivery within 24/48 hrs. This request was put into the website at around 1600 hrs on Thursday. I expected delivery would be on Saturday so I could do the work during the weekend. Many items have been delivered by Amazon for instance on Saturdays. How am I to know this companies delivery people DON'T deliver Saturdays? Why doesn't a warning flash up to notify me there's no point requesting urgent delivery as it will only arrive the following week.

I contacted the vendor to explain my disappointment and received an email expressing sorrow for any confusion caused and pointing out it is somewhere on their website that it explains about orders entered after 1600 hrs.

Please learn from my mistake. I have to say that this company were selling the item for about £8 less than other companies and so that encouraged me to splash out on the URGENT delivery so I guess I still got a bargain!

I had never used Justoffbase before but having done so I would highly recommend them. They provided a very fast and efficient service at a very competitive price. I will definitely use them again.

I buy semi rotary water pumps for use on our busy 96 plot allotment site . We have four in use constantly and because of recent experience of premature failure , this time I tried a different company with a slightly dearer product. The delivery experience was excellent so now we have to see how the pump performs long term . Overall a very positive experience with a company that fulfilled its promise .

Yes, ordered Sealey timing light at 2.30pm on Thursday and received it at 8.30 on Friday morning in good time for use at the weekend. Plus free delivery. What more could one ask.

Arrived quickly and as described

The Rivetnut Setter was required as a matter of urgency in order to make progress with a particular job. Order was placed with Justoffbase early pm and arrived before 09.00 hrs next day. Price was good and cannot fault the service.

Great item, quickly delivered. Not run it properly yet, just had a check that it works correctly.

Very good at issuing documentation and advice that Your order no. 398-146588 has been fulfilled. When it had not. Quick responses to e mails but not with delivery.

Finally upon receipt of the customer questionnaire I immediately responded to less detail than here and was told within a couple of minutes that I was timed out. That was annoying.
So this time I have pre written in a word doc and cut and paste with the hope that you receive.
