Very slow. Ordered a bracket on a Tuesday AM. By the weekend still hasn't been dispatched. Ordered another part by a competitor on same day and arrived on the Thursday.

I have used this company several times to purchase curtains and curtain poles and have always been impressed by the quality of their products, their attention to detail and dedication to providing a personal service. I have just bought a single and quite exquisite curtain tie back and have again experienced a 5* service. Thank you so much!!!!

I purchased two sets of curtain poles in black nickel. After a few months the poles became scratched and corroded from the curtain eyelets, which was unexpected. On contacting Andrew at just poles he was very helpful and arranged replacements even though they were beyond the warranty timeframe. Be sure that just poles have good after sales support as well as offering a diverse range of products.

Excellent service from start to finish. Abby showed us a huge range of fabrics and we found the perfect choice. Andrew measured the required curtain drop, advised on the width of the curtains and pole, installed the pole and hung the curtains too. We would definitely recommend JustPoles.

Andrew is a true professional. Answered all my questions with me in mind. Took great care, hanging and finishing velvet curtains. They look great, exactly as I had imagined. If I need any curtains in the future, I will certainly return to JUST SEW.

ordered 3 poles only to receive an email 3 days later telling me they are out of stock and might be back in in a couple of weeks.

EDIT: to be fair to the company, there was a typo in their email which led me to believe the poles would not be in stock for some time. i was phoned by the shop and we had a polite discussion about this. they promptly issued a refund and hence this edited review. the takeaway is, they do try to do the right thing...

Bought a regular pole and bay pole. Regular pole was fine, bay pole did not function as described. Just Poles wouldn’t accept a return and persisted to email why it was our fault it didn’t work to justify not refunding. Ultimately resulted in a PayPal case (which we won after review of the pictures and emails) but it took a month or two to resolve. Would never use again, really poor customer service and the main guy was quite rude / patronising.

Excellent service from Just Sew Interiors. Abby in the Houghton shop was really helpful , nothing was too much trouble. Andrew and his wife who fitted the tracks and curtains were first class. A great job. So pleased with our curtains . I would highly recommend the Company .

This is the fifth or sixth time I have used them. Service is second to none. You are not left hanging on the phone, being told how important you are. You are dealt with at once in a very helpful manner. If they have to ring back there is no delay. I there is better service anywhere, I haven't found it.
