Preordered a rug for my ill horse Waited & waited for it to arrive Messaged to ask when it would arrive & was told because of the war it was held up Then started to see other people had got their rugs Messaged on Facebook numerous times , emailed & commented on posts on Facebook page to be ignored I asked every day where was my rug The replies i got was awful so I responded Again today 28/04/20026 I seen that others had received their rugs so asked again if I’d still recieve mine She replied she had same rugs many sizes including my horses size sat in warehouse & they were spares & mine had still not arrived from manufacturer She stated she’d started my refund process which I’d not asked for Alls I wanted was to treat my ill horse to a new rug before she dies No compassion from her this lady at all just absolute attitude & not very professional Yes I did mither as she says
