Terrible customer service. Bought shows in two sizes. Asked to return the larger one and kept being asked to send photos of the product, which I provided, but kept being told the images were incomplete. Great website and products are nice but they're a dodgy outfit.
I accidentally ordered two or the same bag through this website. As soon as I realised my error I contacted customer service to ask if they could put it right before the items shipped. Having seen the terrible reviews on here I was thinking the worst and worrying about having to return the unwanted item. However, customer services have been very responsive, intercepted the order and removed the unwanted bag, and issued me with a refund within two days. It is yet to be seen how quickly that comes through, but so far so good!
HORRENDOUS customer service! It has been 4 months now since I returned my bag to them for a refund, but it's been held in Customs and this entire time they are not helping me contact US Customs to clear it. They have not offered any compensation apart from offering me a discount code to further spend money on them...
