My students didn’t know they could learn a song in Spanish, but with just the right amount of repeated phrases and a melody that moves along pleasantly, they found that they could! Pairing A La Nanita Nana with the more familiar Welsh made a perfect combination for teaching world folk songs to my grades 6-8 choir. I will use this again!
