Four of the ten binders we ordered and received just weren't 'right' . . the black covering material was 'buckled' in some places, as if it wasn't adhering properly to the core material. J.W. Pepper has since replaced these with perfect music binders!

While the adjustable Velcro strap is a nice idea, on one of the folders, the metal spine broke off the folder after 3 uses. Not very happy.
