I ordered the Three Chansons by Ravel, and received the Three Chansons by Debussy. I called about it, and was told the correct music was in stock and would be sent out immediately. Turns out it wasn't, and also the distributer couldn't be followed up with for 3 weeks?! We ended up having to pay hundreds of dollars to have the piece arranged in time for our performances. Very unfortunate experience.
