Not a great web site.
First order was canceled a week after I ordered the music because of some problem with your website, so I had to order everything again. Website is difficult to use - took me about 3 times to get my music entered into the shopping cart this time.
I'll have to wait and see whether the music actually arrives this time.

Music in wrong language - twice!
Ordered 10 printed copies of music that came in Portuguese. Corrected re-order with specific note about the issue was also sent in Portuguese. Cancelled paper copies & tried e-print. I took several tries, two phone calls with tech to finally allow printing. Nearly 4 weeks passed for all this. And my account shows no orders, no invoices, despite have email confirmations. And I would have liked a digital option. The customer service reps were very cordial.
