I oredered a home theatre system from JXL using their online website. I never recieved the item even though they took payment from my credit card. When trying to call JXL to ask when the system would be delivered, I was etheir put on hold, or the call would just not be answered. I had to get trading standards involved to get my money back. I am surprised to see some good ratings on here as after the experience I had, I would not recommend this firm to anyone I know.
