Needs improvement
First off her computer hasnt worked right from day1. We went thru 3 replacements last year and finally kept the one that had the least problems. Now she is having trouble getting teachers to respond to her emails asking for help and phone numbers are not working. She is on schedule to graduate this year but if the teachers dont get ahold of her or can even respond to her questions its not looking good.

Very good school the staff are amazing and they help the kids succeed
Great school lets us go to Drs appointments when we need to and the staff are very helpful and understanding and helps the kids succeed.

Couldn't Be Happier!
My daughter went to public school for preschool and then to a private school for kindergarten. Her kindergarten year was a horrible experience, so we chose virtual. K12 has been AMAZING for her! She is learning and growing, and the teachers actually care- unlike the local public and private schools she went to. THANK YOU!!!

The new system is frustrating and we miss the one from last year.
Each page takes so long to load and sometimes my son inadvertently skips lessons receiving a 'zero' because it doesn't load properly and the screen is oversized no matter what percentage we change it to.
This while experience has been horrible.

The standard of learning and the material is unmatched. The patience of the teachers and the engagement is outstanding, and my children are learning so much more than public school. The material is broad and diverse, and my children absolutely love learning again.

This year they changed the platform and it's been a struggle the whole year, the previous 2 we have really enjoyed. So this year year I can't say has been great, my daughter fortunately is doing well despite me not being able to help muchas her learning coach.

We love K12! We have been attending for the past 5 years. Not only does K12 offer flexibility if we need to travel, but the variety of classes is so much better than what we can get in a traditional setting. As a parent I love that my child gets to try so many different career paths.
