This is my second harnass (for my second dog) with personalised labels. These harnasses are top notch. Why not 5 stars? I had ordered a colour and received an email (very fast!) to say it wasn't available and did I want another colour. That's unfortunate but not the end of the world. Received the harnass and labels much faster than mentioned on the site. Communication good - quality good!

Received wrong product
K9 sent me a black leash instead of the red one, and I had to return it, which was no problem and I did that within 48 hours.
However, after 4 weeks I still haven't received my money back, even though I emailed them with the proof of sending and proof of them receiving it.
Very unprofessional service.
