Delighted with the InnoPet Sporty Deluxe pram purchased for my old girl which has given her a new lease of life! Also delighted in the service and excellent communication from K9 Wagons as when there was a fault with the frame it was immediately dealt with and replacement frame organised.

We honestly couldn’t recommend K9 Wagons enough! Abi was absolutely incredible in helping us choose the perfect wagon for our old boy, Archie. From the very start, the service felt so personal — you could tell Abi genuinely cared about helping us, not just selling a pushchair. She truly understood what we were going through, having experienced it herself, and was passionate about finding the right solution for paw-parents with pups struggling with mobility.

The one-to-one experience of taking Archie to try out his new wheels is something we’ll never forget. No one dreams of having their fur baby in a pushchair (especially a lively spaniel!), but Abi made the whole process feel positive and memorable.

Archie LOVES his new wheels, and we’re beyond grateful that he never has to be left behind again just because he can’t keep up. Thanks to Abi and K9 Wagons, we can keep making special memories together — and that means the world to us.

She took time to listen (which all dog carers want!) and she gave great advice on what buggy would suit my darling boy.
There was a stock delay (Innopet were moving warehouses I think?) but Abi kept me upto date with everything. Buggy arrived safely and the follow up service was good too. Would highly recommend K9 wagons👍

I decided to get a buggy for my 13 year old border collie so I contacted K9 Wagons to ask for advice. Abi was very helpful in suggesting the best model for us.
I ordered the InnoPet Hercules and it was delivered quickly.
I’m very pleased with my purchase and am working on getting my dog used to going in it at home before we have our first adventure. He is nervous of new things but I’m sure he will get there.

We spoke to Abi for advise and bought an InnoPet Sporty Evolution for our elderly cockapoo. She loves it and we can now go for longer walks again with our younger dog who trots alongside. The buggy is robust for walks through forest and off road and we had the gel inserted in the tyres before delivery for peace of mind with punctures.The buggy is very easy to transport in the car and after taking off the wheels fits behind the passenger seat of our RAV4. Delivery was very quick and would certainly recommend K9 wagons over buying through an other well known on line provider.

We phoned for advice on the best pushchair for our Tripaw Dobie, K9 Wagons were really helpful, going no only through the options for the correct set of wheels but also explaining the straightforward finance options

We had the best experience with K9 Wagons. They were so helpful in making sure we bought the right one of our dog Buxton. He had a great day out and has new buggy means he can join us on more walks on adventures. I would highly recommend them, when I originally ordered on the website Abi reached out to us to say she thought the one I ordered would be too small for Buxton and to come visit their showroom. She was correct and we ended up having to size up but her due diligence saved us the hassle of having to send back the incorrect one and we were instead able to leave that day with Buxton's new wheels. I am so grateful for K9 Wagons for sorting us out and helping us create more memories with our best friend.
