KA-CN used to actually be fast in responding, starting from June maybe end of May 2024 they stopped responding to their tickets, they're taking orders in but don't respond back.
They haven't wrote any official statements regarding anything, so until then don't pay for anything on their website, they're not going to respond to you.
I have paid for the top up for douyin diamonds but received nothing. Tried to contact customer service to no avail. What happened? Trying to scam my money? Relevant authorities Please investigate!!

This company is definitely a scam! I don't even know who they are or how they got my bank information, but they robbed me of $17.62 out of nowhere. I am in the process of getting my money back through my bank & if not then I'm taking legal measures! I don't play about the hard earned money I make!

It would be a negative 1000 stars because I have no idea who this company is, but they tried taking 353.59 out of my account without my permission. Thank God my CC company blocked the transaction and suspicious. You mess with my money, I'll come after you wether legal or physical.

as the other reviewer said, after buy, it docent give anything straight away. when you ask support what happened, they will ask for id, i send my aus drivers license and just blocked out the address, then ask me the phone number, they will call you to confirm you know the risks if you are sending money to someone else and the call takes 2 mins. then they will process the order instantly
