Great service, on time and efficient.

Absolute piss take. Claimed they couldn’t deliver and want to charge me £135 for redelivery despite them sending me a photo of our front door open and there 100% definitely being people in the front room. SCAMMERS.

Jason and Cam installed our Rangemaster today. They were on time, professional, tidy, and helpful. We had a text the night before to tell us the time. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Kaboodle engineer I think his name was Shawn, was absolutely fantastic. He was hugely respectful of my space of my floor he was meticulous - really. Did what was expected but felt lucky to have him because I have soft wooden floors and he was so careful. V good company. Kept us informed.

Fantastic installers, Joe and Jamie were very friendly and helpful. Oven was installed quickly and with no fuss, took all rubbish away

Wish I could put a positive review on about this company but unfortunately not. I placed an order for a washer/dryer with Miele and was advised by them that I would receive a delivery slot within a few days. We are now on Day 10 and no communication from Kaboodle. I need this appliance urgently and feel like I have been left hanging on. Absolutely appalling level of customer service.

Joe & Jamie were kind, and quick at removing the old dishwasher and installing the new one.

Received a range cooker from Rangemaster but after installation it was discovered the bottom oven was faulty.
Rangemaster agreed to have this cooker removed and another new one ex factory delivered, installed and handed over.
I was told that a firm called Kaboodle would be carrying out this job.
Sure enough the company contacted me and the communication was excellent.
I was informed that the engineer would arrive between 7.30am and 8 am and in fact it was at 7.30 am when Brad and Cameron duly arrived.
Without further ado they removed the defective range cooker, unpacked the replacement, installed it, and set it up.
They were pleasant and polite and handed it over demonstrating everything and ensuring I understood the controls etc. They took all the packaging away in their van.
Needless to say the replacent Rangemaster Kitchener 110 worked fine.
They were in the property for 45 minutes there was no mess. All in all a very pleasing experience from two very professional people

Reece, Kim and Sergio were a great team of installers and engineers. Cheerful and polite, and very efficient. Neat and tidy job completed. Reece took time to explain everything clearly.

Didn't turn up for first appointment without explanation or apology. I lost four hours work.
Promised to notify me prior to next delivery date and arrived unannounced at 7.30am as I was leaving to take my granddaughter to nursery. Then decided that they we're unable to fit the appliance. An appalling company - stay well clear.

Joe and Jamie installed my cooker hood they were amazing very professional and very polite did a fantastic job thanks guys

Jamie and Joe were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They delivered my cooker, carried it upstairs with great care, and had everything installed quickly and efficiently. Their professionalism really stood out, they were friendly, respectful, and clearly knew what they were doing. The whole process was smooth and stress-free thanks to them. I couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone!
