Brad and Brook were extremely polite and organised. The cooker fitting was slightly awkward due to our old house and its quirks. They sorted all the problems quickly and efficiently and removed our old cooker without fuss.

Absolutely amazing technicians fitted my duel fuel cooker today when I ran into a problem they went above and beyond. Would 1000% recommend just ashame that they're not on the end of every call out service provided across the UK!!!

Joe and Jamie were great, calling before turning up then replacing our appliance quickly and efficiently, taking the old appliance away with them. They were pleasant, cheerful and completed the job quickly

Brad, Isaacs & Jamie called to say they were about a hour away and arrived within the hour. I explained how the old one was wired and plumbed and they set about removing it and installing the new one. We were very happy with their manner and the way they did the job, it couldn't have been done better.

The guy that intially installed my cooker left it leaking. I have no sense of smell so was unaware of this until a visitor attended my property on Fridsy after it being installed in a tuesday. Company were quick to rectufy the issue. However a gas safe engineer shouldnt have left me like that in the first plavmce
